Family Vacation

The condo was really nice! All the decor was super cute! The only reason I gave a 4 on cleanliness was it had light colored carpet and there was some stains, on it. We have stayed at several condos in the area and thought the amenities such as pool, hot tub and whirlpool pool in the pool was the best we’ve experienced! We will be back!

Sterling Beach is awesome & our condo was perfect in every way. So clean, a perfect stocked kitchen, awesome security & friendly too. We have had the most relaxing vacation ever & want this to be our go to every time.

Great place to stay but had issues. Master bedroom toilet stopped working on the second day so 4 people had to use one bathroom. We also kept getting harassed by the parking people (George) stating our parking pass did not have the year on there when it actually did. We received to noticed that they were going to tow our car.

Great Place but Needs Work

Overall it was a nice place right on the beach. But the master toilet stopped working the second day there and no one could fix it before it was time for us to leave. Then we received two notices from “George” regarding a parking violation but we received the parking passes that were given in the condo. Being threatened to have your car towed twice out of a 3 day trip is pretty annoying. We placed the car parking passes right in the window as soon as we got there. Great place but definitely needed work from those two standpoints.

Good location but that’s about it.

Pros: Good location and easy beach access. Condo is very spacious and we loved the balcony. Kitchen was pretty well equipped. Cons: This place is in desperate need of a deep clean. When we arrived it looked like the counters had barely been wiped down, decor is dusty and dingy and the carpets did not appear vacuumed at all not to mention stained. We had to spend the first hour after we checked in cleaning the place up and washing linens just to be comfortable for the week. Also crazy to find a beach rental property that doesn’t even offer a broom to help guests clean up throughout their stay.

Beautiful Condo

We loved everything about this home except the bed in guest bedroom was uncomfortable which is why I did not leave 5 stars. The master bed was very comfortable and I was spoiled by the very large tub. The condo was super clean upon arrival and the kitchen was fully stocked.

Anniversary Trip at PCB

Great location, great size condo for the price, very convenient beach access, nice large balcony, very nice furniture and decor, kitchen well stocked with high-end cookware and everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Fees higher than rent is outrageous

This looked like good value for our sr girls’ stay until I realized I was paying fees to both VRBO and an “owner” Vacassa agency that were exorbitant for our three day stay and operated only from Oregon. This includes a resort fee of $160 Vacassa charges for any property that is not standalone. House. The condo was really beautiful but hard to offset with the outrageous fees that were more than the rent plus the loss of time with late checkin (could be cleaning until 6) and 10am checkout resulting in a loss of a third of a day of the 3 days we were there ( and not refundable). Another $132 was charged from VRBO independent of the Vacassa fees. The messaging service to get help operating the 3 tv remotes with no knowledge of the setup could only suggest we take a photo of the remotes to send them since there was no help at the property. Nor a front desk. Is the real owner aware of this? What happened to Vacation Rental by OWNER? Otherwise (other than a not very comfortable sofa bed) this is a lovely place - just too many agents resulting in ridiculous fees for little service.

Great condo

We loved the condo. It is much larger than we expected! Definitely a bit dated but well kept. Vacasa was very responsive throughout the check in and check out process. The place was not super clean, there were hairs in the bathroom on the floor and in the dryer, so I didn't give it 5 stars. Beds are comfortable! We were worried about the carpet as mentioned in previous reviews. Its not as bad as expected but some tile or LVT flooring would make this place 5 star! Also a vacuum or broom would be great to help with the sand. We would definitely visit again. The grounds of the property are awesome!! Beautiful pool and great grill area! Friendly staff.

Perfect unit in perfect location in PCB

Really nice unit. the 4th floor is not too high and not too low. Cleanliness of the unit was very good. The carpet however is way overdue for replacement. Just worn out and many many stains and mars. I saw this note on a review from last year and had hoped it had been addressed and replaced, but no. Other than that it's a great place! Beds are comforable, cable and streaming are great. Kitchen has adequate utensils etc. The freeform pool is awesome with palm trees all around it and it appears to be very maintained and clean. Beach is great with plenty of room to spread out, even with the crowd. Will definitely stay here again! Darin G.

Sterling Beach is great for a family vacation.

We have stayed at the Sterling Beach multiple times. This was the first time we booked through Vacasa. My experience with Vacasa was exceptional. The on sight office person was great. She had everything ready for us upon arrival so we were able to use the facility before our room was ready. Our room was ready a couple hours before check in time and she called and let us in early. I would definitely book through them again. I would’ve rated our experience a 5 but the carpet in the unit needs to be replaced. It’s way overdue.

Sterling Beach Condominiums are the best!

This unit came equipped with extra towels and blankets which we appreciated. Unit was nicely decorated, as well. Unit is on 4th floor, to the left of the pool. Unit is also next to elevator but you can't hear it.

Awesome Location!!

Amazing location and view! Beautiful place also!! Exactly what the description said!! Loved this!! Just be sure to run and get your groceries or make plans if you get in late because there are NO extras such as coffee pods or salt and pepper or any seasonings at all! Not a big deal other than us getting in super late. Easy fix though!!

Beautiful place!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean and very tastefully furnished. In reality, it was even nicer than the pictures! We will definitely stay here again.

Just like the pictures!!

Honestly the pictures do not deceive. What you see is what you get and what you get is beautiful!! I would definitely stay here again. Everything was great - condo was clean and neat, pool was clean, beach access is easy. Only little annoyances were that the AC could have been better, especially for Florida, and the TVs are seriously old and outdated - we couldn’t get the one in the master bedroom to work. But that didn’t take away from the great time we had at all!
