This comfy condo on the 9th floor is perfect for a family vacation. Easily accommodating up to six guests, this condo offers beautiful Gulf Coast views, two pools and spas (indoor and outdoor), a community fitness room with a sauna, and excellent beach access. With local restaurants, ice cream shops, and attractions, there is something for everyone.

What's nearby:

The beach and the balcony. People wake up before the pool opens and put towels on chairs for the day, even when they are not there for the entire day.

Amazing Vacation

The condo was nice, clean and furnished just right. The manager helped us get a 2nd parking pass and let us check in early since the room was ready. AC worked great. We had an amazing time and will stay here again if available.

Perfect vacation home !

The best view on the beach, spacious balcony with a view from the living room or directly In one of the rooms. Each room private bathroom/ one that can be made to living room access also. Bottom line anything you can think of for an at home feeling while on vacation.

Everything you need

I have swam in a lot of nice and unique swimming pools in my life, but i was pleasantly surprised by how much i liked This pool. Even in the couple of times it was busy, it never seems overly crowded, and lots of room to spread out and swim around.

Week at the beach

The property wonderfully situated right on the beach. We had easy access and easy parking. Our only complaint would be having to wear shoes while in the condo due to the floor turning our feet black the kitchen is also very lightly stocked with cooking utensils. Door was missing a deadbolt lock.

Nice unit

The condo was very nice as always, we have stayed in this unit many times. However the refrigerator was not working properly we had to discard many items.

Christmas Vacation

The condo was pretty clean upon check in, and I gave it a five-star rating when we first walked in. After being there for a while i started to notice some things like there was a black film on the floors and furniture as well as dust on the curtains otherwise it was very clean. When looking for our wrist bands and parking pass the parking pass was not there and the staff was very friendly and helpful and corrected. our overall stay was very nice. We were able to cook and slept with the sliding glass doors open for the sound and smell of the beach.

Spring Break

The room was ok. The Kitchen was well equipped for us. Some of the things within the condo needed some attention. Smoke alarm suspended from the ceiling swinging on wires. the ceiling must have been painted white after the walls. Areas of the walls had 6-10” of white paint on them. It wasn’t noticeable at first since the walls were a very light yellow. We just laughed about it. The kitchen counter top was broken by the sink. We were extremely careful not to put any weight on it. We were afraid it would brake off. The corners in the rooms looked like they had a broom sweep but hadn’t been mopped well. All in all the condo was good for us. Would probably stay again.

Mediocre at best

The condo is in a great location however it is very old and needs updating. Was not very clean upon our arrival. The mattress on the pull out is very uncomfortable. All of the blankets provided are extremely thin and it took the management company 3 days to bring more. The kitchen has the bare minimum when it comes to cookware. The set of sliding glass doors that go from the master bedroom to the balcony do not open at all.

Huge Terrance, great views! Spacious rooms, unfortunately not cleaned well. Place needs a good scrubbing! :( Beds uncomfortable. Fan light in master bath makes a ton of noise. So annoying when easy to replace it! Dirty, stained sofa cushions. Bed pillows suck! Beware no blankets!!! Told to bring my own, really??? Got the message when I was boarding my plane! Outrageous, for the price I paid not one comforter or even a cheap blanket?? What is wrong with you people?

Worse than a motel

Besides the great location of this property, everything was horrible. It might have been fine for a hung over spring breaker, but for a family vacation with children it was awful. The place was filthy with a horrible smell. The furniture had blonde and black long hairs all over it. Including in the shower. The floor instantly turned feet or socks black. Ended up cleaning myself (twice) just to get rid of the smell. Definitely the cleaning vendor needs to be reconsidered.The internet and cable in the living room didn't work the entire stay. Maintenance man said he could not fix and would tell the owners to contact the vendors. Up until checkout nobody ever contacted us, even though it was explained this was a working vacation and internet was a necessity. There were 2 microwaves (reading other reviews apparently one had broken and needed to be replaced. Not sure why the broken or extra one was on the counter taking up half the counter space. Every burner on the stove was crooked so cooking was out of the question. Couldn't even boil a full pot of water, as the water would spill out. I strongly suggest this property be updated before listing it again. The property changed codes several times during the stay, so at one point we were locked out of the parking deck. Travelers beware.

Great view & very clean beach, elevators stayed pretty clean as did the pool deck, however the beds were terrible & all the furniture was dirty and needed updating, our code didn’t work to open the door when we got there and our dishwasher was broken, the maintenance man was there replacing the broken microwave when we got there, all the dishes still had food on them and the place wasn’t very clean, it could’ve been worse but definitely could have been better as well.

Great trip

Great location

Can easily walk to several locations. Amazing view. Could of been cleanerer the floors needed to be moped, mold on living room TV and shower curtain. Did speak to someone about the mold they did offer to take care of it right then, but I just asked til after we left. Kitchen could of used some kitchen towels and wash cloth. Over all it was a great place.
