Vacations in the Ancienne Ecole to visit Anjou-Val de Loire

Old house in the heart of the town, between Saumur and Bourgueil, 95 m² available for guests (4 people), with a very large yard to the south of the house in the shade of a linden tree, and a small flower-filled courtyard to the north, both fenced in for small children. Public parking is available to the north or south, in the shade of the large linden tree.<br><br>This old school offers the comfort, space, and tranquility of a 95-square-meter home for four people in a small market town near the church and the priory, both classified as monuments dating from the 12th and 15th centuries.<br>The school was built in the 1900s by my great-grandfather in accordance with the lighting standards of the time (large windows, high ceilings) and was converted into a residence about ten years ago. The antique furniture and family heirlooms give it the old-fashioned charm of a schoolhouse—in the second sense of the word!<br><br>Guest access<br><br>Guests will enjoy a double living room furnished with antique pieces for the family area and modern furniture for the dining area. A bedroom with a 140x190 double bed on the first floor, complete with a bathroom, toilet, and dressing room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen.<br>A room on the first floor with an antique bed (95 x 180) with a firm mattress and a bed (90 x 190), both with new mattresses. The pre-authorization will be released 8 days after departure from the property and/or the check will be returned if no damage is found.<br>
