WELCOME to the "BAMBOO" themed room, full of exoticism and sensuality!

The handover of keys can take place between 12pm and 9pm maximum and departure at 11am maximum.
The "Bamboo" room, approximately 12 m2, is quiet, very comfortable and air-conditioned. It has a 140 x 190 cm bed (with a desk, a small comfortable sofa, a wardrobe and secure high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi access).
For this room, you have access to a shared bathroom and a shared toilet, located near your room, which are kept perfectly clean twice a day.
Upon request, you have a free parking space in the gated and secure residence with an access badge to enter and exit freely.
A small, enclosed garage is also available on request to park your car, bicycle(s) or motorcycle(s).
A hearty, homemade sweet and savory breakfast awaits! For your well-being, breakfast features a variety of seasonal products, primarily local and organic. Breakfast is served between 6:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m., every day of the week.
Breakfast can be tailored to your preferences and specific needs (sweet, savory, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free...)

You have access to a shared, very well-equipped kitchen. You can cook there or drink hot or cold beverages (tea, coffee, herbal teas…), and small snacks, for a small fee.

Absolutely everything is provided (towels, gloves, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer...): you just need to bring your personal belongings!

You will be accommodated in Villeurbanne, near Lyon, close to numerous public transport options, with easy access:
- A 5-minute walk from tram line T6, "Roger Planchon" stop, which allows you to reach Villeurbanne city center (the "Gratte-Ciel" district), Lyon 1 University (+Double Mixte, INSA, CNRS, TPE Lyon... in just a few minutes) and at La Part Dieu, at the train station and the largest shopping center in Europe!
- 5 minutes walk from 4 bus lines C17 (Médipôle), C26 (Parc Tête d'Or -Transbordeur-HEH-Hôpital Edouard Herriot), 37 and 69.
- 15 minutes walk from the metro, line A (stop "Gratte Ciel") to go directly to the city centre of Lyon (in 5 stops) but also to the East of Lyon towards the Groupama Stadium and the LDLC Arena!
