Beautiful villa for rent, steps from "El Poblado Boqueron, Cabo Rojo" and the beach. Quiet, safe gated community and close to the most wonderful environment to enjoy with your family or your partner. Minimum stay of two nights. Swimming pool, wifi, a/c, fully equipped.

My husband and I were very impressed and pleased with the Villa. The Villa was beautifully decorated as pictured and very cozy. Nadia was very nice and helpful with any questions we had. The area was so quiet and close to many of our family members. We recommend the Villa 100% it’s very clean and well stocked with anything you would need. We’ll love to stay again on our next vacation.

We have been to this property multiple times and love it so much! Property is fantastic! Love the neighborhood and beach. Nadia has been so welcoming and accommodating. Best kept secret in Boqueron!

Wonderful Experience!

This was a wonderful Villa and close by all the beaches and only steps away from nightlife. The Villa’s decor is top notch and the amenities were great. The host was courteous and attentive, great & fast communication.I will recommend this place to anyone and definitely will be back.

Awesome Again the Second Time Around

We stayed in this same unit last year which is why I knew it would be perfect for our trip again this year. I was not disappointed!! Everything was fantastic. Clean, neat, peaceful, lots of restaurants within walking distance, quick walk to the beach, the list goes on!!

Great little place in Boqueron

This was the perfect spot for a week's vacation!! Everything was clean and just as described. The host was very communicative and answered any question we had. Perfect spot for 2-3 people!!

Everything we could have needed and wanted!

My mom and I had the best mother/daughter trip together staying here! The accommodations were top notch and Nadia couldn't have been more helpful and kind! We would definitely come back!

La Villa 31 -- Wonderful!

I had a wonderful time at Villa 31. I stayed two weeks, working remotely to escape the cold of winter. Boqueron Bay beach is a 10-15 minute walk away, and the pool was a great amenity for me to use in between meetings when I couldn't get to the pool. Nadia is a lovely host, responds to messages right away and is willing to do whatever she can to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. She even helped me out personally when I had an emergency. The Villa is lovely, with beautiful decor and good quality fixtures, furnished with most everything you would want during a stay, and the surrounding community is quiet and safe. Highly recommend!

We love this place!

Second year staying at this property and can't wait to book again for next week! Quick walk to the great beach with a wonderful family atmosphere for people watching. The villa is comfortable including all of the amenities you need with a beach theme. The other villa owners are friendly and we love the celebrations.

YOU HAVE TO STAY HERE

If you are trying to experience Cabo Rojo or any south side of the island stay here!!! It was the perfect location. Nadia was wonderful. Her place was clean and had everything you could need. The beach umbrella saved us. The AC worked awesome. She sent us a txt beforehand with a link to get to the place and detailed instructions on how to get in. She gave us suggestions on what to do and right outside the properties gate is the main street of boqueron where there's many bars and restaurants and souvenirs and it's such a fun street. Felt very safe here too.

Cute place!

We really enjoyed staying here. The house was very well equipped with anything you could possibly need. Literally, I needed a sewing kit to fix my pants and they had one, we needed a cooler for the beach and they had one! The bed was super comfy. Such cute decor. It was above and beyond our expectations and we will definitely be back on our next trip to Puerto Rico. Thank you Nadia!!

What an adorable property! Beautiful and decorated for Christmas. Very comfortable with direct access to El Poblado and a short walk to a beautiful (not crowded) beach. The complex was quiet but close to the action. We have been coming to PR once or twice a year for 13 years and have decided that Boqueron is the perfect part of the island. Nadia was very attentive and checked in with us every couple of days. She was also accommodating when our travel plans changed due to weather in the mainland. We already booked again for next December!

Great find

Perfect accommodations for the two of us. Boqueron was very quiet when we were there. Only a few of the units were occupied while we were there. The property owner did a nice job of preparing the unit but it didn't leave us with many places to put our stuff. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

We stayed at Nadias for a month. We are an older couple escaping the cold for a month. We were there in January. Except for a few thunderstorms it was 70-80 the whole time. Bliss. And Nadias home was a large part of our enjoyment. She is a gracious host and met us when we arrived. She explained the modern and well decorated house to us. The house is actually better than expected. As a welcome gift we were met with pastries and some quick staples. This helped us to eat while we learned the area She checked weekly with us to make sure things were going well. This was a great comfort in a new area. The pool is lovely . I exercised almost every day in it. At our last weekend we were invited by neighbors to a valentine party. Such a lovely complex and neighbors. We were right above the Bouqueron downtown with lots of shops and nightlife. You could walk to Bouqueron beach through there or go through the front entrance and pay 4$ entry fee The beach is closed that way on Monday and Tuesday. Then we would go to Buyee beach. At both the water and people were friendly. Be sure to eat at the Bouqueron bakery. Great egg sandwiches and pastry. Pika Pika had great food. We loved the grouper Veracruz. A dish of grouper and tomato and vegetables. Tacos and flowers was good but small and crowded. We only went once Many places were closed to take a vacation them selves. Go to Pargara for the bioluminescent tour. Go to rincon for a snorkel tour with the Marine reserve. We never saw a whale in Isabella but worth the drive to look Eat the Arapas on the roadside truck. And there is a great Chinese restaurant near Walgreens. Great egg fills my standard of good food. Always a line there. Enjoyed our stay immensely. And Nadia and here home were a large part of . Thank you Nadia
