Prime time of July 19-22 just opened up! Book now! Nicely renovated beachfront property! You will love this perfect Bear Lake vacation getaway. Situated on a private beach (shared with only 6 property owners), you will experience unbelievable views from this spacious 2,200 square foot luxury townhouse. There is plenty of room for your family and friends in this beachfront retreat. The home features a 3rd story Family Suite with a Queen Bed and night stands, as well as 2 day-beds with trundles, and a private bath. The home comes with 2 4k HD televisions with multiple Apps. A main floor master also includes a queen bed. The kids will love the downstairs bunk room with two bunk beds. The final bedroom features a queen bed and a deck overlooking the private patio and beach. With room in beds for up to 14, it is the perfect home to host up to 16 guests.

Your family gathering area includes a family room with 2 leather sofas, 2 new comfy chairs, a 58 inch Samsung HD Television. The upgraded gourmet kitchen includes a smooth top cooktop, built in oven and microwave, dishwasher, a granite island, and seating for 16. It is fully stocked with everything you need including dishes and silverware for 16, drip coffee maker as well as a new Keurig, toaster, griddle, mixer, blender, pots, pans, and much more.

Just off the family room and kitchen, relax on the back patio and enjoy the sunrise and lake view with deck chairs and a new stainless steel barbeque. There are no neighbors behind you to impact your unobstructed view.

The location of Sand Haven is perfect, just a couple blocks from the city center, but secluded on a private beach. Walk to all the restaurants, the new grocery store, and bike rentals. No need to drive to find a parking spot in town. Enjoy all the shopping, food (milkshakes!), and entertainment of Garden City.

Comes with 6 parking spots. The location is perfect and the views are spectacular. A washer and dryer, detergent, and dryer sheets are all provided for our guests. By the way, you have access to a large shared lawn, with plenty of space for family games. Also comes with 2 kayaks and a paddleboard for your use. In addition, there are 2 more higher-end sit-in kayaks for 2026. We look forward to providing you with an exceptional experience.

Thank you for your kind words about our beautiful townhome and the great location. The beach is actually quite sandy, and we spend a lot of time each year to make sure it is in great condition. However, in some years the water recedes more rapidly during the summer, exposing some of the lake bed. I’m sorry that the lower lake level affected your experience.

Amazing stay!

One of the best accommodations in the area! Well stocked kitchen, extra pillows and blankets for comfort. Good sized grassy area and so nice to have a private beach and avoid the crowds! Definitely will stay again!

Great place for grandparents with grandchildren

Love the yard, play set, easy beach access and townhome. With eight grandchildren between the ages of 18 months to nine they were never bored. The townhome is nice and yet at the same time made for families to feel comfortable and not stressed out about the kids being there. We’ve gone two years in a row now and hope to go back next year again.

Best place for a friends and family get away! We loved that the back yard and dock gave beautiful views as well as easy access to all the water fun! The house is perfect for larger groups, we had 12 people, with multiple sleeping arrangements. The house, bathrooms and kitchen were all well stocked and it made our vacation wonderful! Our one regret? We should’ve booked one more day to enjoy this amazing property!

Perfect place for our family of 16.

Loved the location, great house with plenty of space with eight grand children. The lawn and swing set was a big hit with the kids.

We really enjoyed this property. Our paddleboarders and kayakers loved being on the water and having a dock. It was a nice walk to the grocery store and the famous raspberry shakes. My Texas grandson said he would rank it as 6 or more stars. There are a lot of stairs but my 92 year old mother did okay with the stairs on the lake side.

We had a great time. A few issues with hornets and their nests. Also the BBQ on the bottom patio is severely rusted and not usable except for a hornet's nest.

There are all kinds of wildlife in the mountains, but we will have our home treated more often to make sure it is pleasant for all. The built-in BBQ on the patio is actually not on our property, but I will see if the neighbors are willing to maintain or remove it. Perfect location!

We loved staying here! Only two issues: It needs a deep clean and the stairs are steep. Other than that, it was ideal. You are near everything, but you don't hear traffic. The kitchen had every appliance and tool we needed. The beds are comfortable. The owners responded to questions quickly. We had a BLAST!

Perfect location!

This was our third time staying here, and we just love it! It feels like our home away from home. The location is perfect- we walked to crepes and coffee for breakfast and the grocery store and restaurants are super close as well. The yard is very large and there is a play structure for the kids. The dock was so much fun as well, and there are kayaks and paddle boards to use in the garage. Definitely a bear lake gem!

Family reunion

Loved the location, playground area and beach access. Beautiful view of the lake. Only negative was no AC in upstairs bedroom. Lots of fans which helped. Would stay there again for sure.

The Perfect Stay

Our family had a wonderful time at Sand Haven. The views are spectacular and the privacy is heavenly. The unit was very clean and accomidated all of our needs. It was wonderful to have plenty of parking and be able to walk to town when we wanted. We will definitely be returning to make more memories at this beautiful location. KJ

Peaceful, crystal clear water, and skies full of stars, we couldn't ask for a better family vacation. The host, Craig, was quick to respond, and we enjoyed the amenities. The townhouse sits on a huge green lawn a long dock out into the water. We enjoyed the paddleboard and kayaks. The beds are comfortable and can easily sleep 14 people with three bathrooms, one on each level. Spacious, beautiful, and well maintained. No complaints. Everything was wonderful. We would love to stay here again someday. Thank you!

Very nice place

Had a wonderful stay. The view is so beautiful. It fit our family needs just right. Thought the stairs might be an issue but really not bad at all. If you could work on the weather forecast- we’d give 10 stars. LOL.

Our family discovered beautiful Bear Lake in 2002. We soon purchased a lot overlooking the lake and built our family cabin, where we spent many wonderful summers. There is nowhere in the world like Bear Lake. Over the years, it has become our home away from home. We have enjoyed the boating and skiing, hanging out on the beach, ATV riding, wildlife watching, and family reunions. We loved our cabin, but we always wanted a place on the beach. The opportunity presented itself to purchase Sand Haven in 2019 and we loved the home and the location. We are looking forward to spending many years here, and are happy to share it with our guests.

There are a limited number of properties on the beach, and Sand Haven was perfect! It is very rare to find a secluded, semi-private beach within walking distance of Garden City.
