This spacious open concept home includes 5 private bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths and a huge deck with fantastic views. The views from the indoor and outdoor living spaces which overlook the water are simply breathtaking. This new construction property includes a private boat dock, pool table, basement bar and upscale game room. The house sits in a cove that is great for a multitude of water sports as well as fishing and swimming adventures. A two person kayak and paddle board are available to enjoy. Previous renters have commented on the wonderful neighborhood, beauty of the house, the amazing porch, incredible sunsets from the dock, spectacular views and its easy proximity to Clemson, shopping and restaurants. The house was amazing. From the views of the lake to the “feel at home” ambiance of every room; we were so happy to be there. The layout of the kitchen and all its workspace made it a great place to prepare meals and the dining room and kitchen tables made it a great place to enjoy eating. It was very well stocked too. Bathrooms were clean and beautiful. All bedrooms were comfortable and clean. And what a fun lower level! The screened-in porch and outside seating was enjoyed each day. We appreciated the kayak and floats and sunsets on the dock were amazing. You have a great home and we so enjoyed our stay. We’d love to come back.

Perfect house for a family tailgate weekend!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a short weekend with the game taking up most of our time. We would enjoy coming back in the summer months to enjoy the porches, and the lake.

Awesome family getaway

This house is amazing!

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautifully maintained and exceptionally spacious lake house! It was the perfect setting to celebrate a mini family reunion, a birthday, and an early Father’s Day—all in one peaceful and relaxing week.The home easily accommodated our group of 13 with plenty of comfortable seating, fantastic water pressure, and some of the most restful beds we’ve experienced in a rental. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered—from a fully stocked coffee bar and fresh linens to a washer/dryer, kayak, paddleboard, and a fire pit for cozy evenings.The private dock was a huge bonus, making it easy to rent or bring your own boat or jet skis. The setting was serene, quiet, and felt incredibly safe—like a true home away from home.The owner was responsive, organized, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We typically vacation on the ocean or sound, but this lakefront experience may have changed that for good. Highly recommended—you won’t regret booking this one!

Friends & Family Football Weekend

Really great VRBO for this year's Football Weekend! The main floor kitchen/dining/great room was all perfect for our crowd and plenty of counter space for all the food we enjoyed throughout our stay. Double ovens, a fridge on two floors plus an ice maker made this location a great spot. Communication with the owners was super easy.

Great rental for graduation weekend!

We had such a fantastic stay at this lake house! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean and inviting the home was. The modern farmhouse decor gave it a cozy yet stylish feel, and there was more than enough seating for our group of 10 — both inside and out — so we never felt cramped.The views of the lake were absolutely beautiful and made for the perfect backdrop, whether we were sipping coffee on the deck or winding down in the evening. Everyone had their own space to relax, and the layout worked really well for a larger group.One thing to note: the house sits on a very steep hill, and the parking area is steep too — definitely something to be prepared for, but it wasn’t a problem for us. Just know what to expect when you pull in!The screened-in porch, fire pit, dock, and grill were all a bit weathered and in need of some maintenance, but with a little cleanup, we were still able to enjoy them. It didn’t take away from the experience at all — we just made the most of it and had a great time using all the outdoor spaces.Overall, this was a great place to make memories with family and friends. We would absolutely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic getaway with plenty of room to spread out and relax! We were here for a long weekend for our daughter’s summer graduation from Clemson, which was only 15 minutes away from the house.

Beautiful Home

Serenity Point was lovely. The home is spacious with every amenity you can think of. We had rain for 3 days of our stay, even so, the games and areas to relax helped us to settle in and enjoy wonderful time with family. The home is as described and the pictures don't do it justice.

This place is fabulous

We are a multi-generation family that was looking for a peaceful and beautiful place to vacation together. We found it in this property. It was easy from start to finish! The property is gorgeous, the owner was very responsive (and trust me, I asked a lot of questions) and the views are stunning. I highly recommend.

Great place, great people!

Our family gathers 3 generations from across the Southeast each year, and this year at Serenity Point was one of the best. Lots of room outside and in to gather together, and lots of quiet corners to get away to as well. The porches are amazing, the water is beautiful, the kitchen was good for our serious cooks, and the beds and baths were great. September was a wonderful time at the lake with not-quite-so-hot temps, but still-warm water, and a lot fewer people. The owners are so informative and pleasant. A great trip all around - highly recommend.

Serenity Point - great time with the family

Perfect place to take the family. Plenty of space for 6 adults and 6 children. Loved the open kitchen (supplied with everything you could want/need). Everything was so new and clean. Weather cooperated - got out on the provided paddle board and kayak. Golden Tee was great once the kids were all asleep. William was a very responsive, gracious host. The house is beautiful and a perfect fit for 4 couples. We were visiting our daughters at Clemson and our stay was fantastic. The house has two large dining room tables which fit all of us. It was very well appointed and close to campus. Would definitely recommend!

Location and inside of house were great, BUT

Yard was not mowed and unkempt, even after the landscape man came to “weedeat” when I contacted homeowner upon arrival. My exact words to him were “the place looks abandoned.” Landscaping has deteriorated and the fabric was overhanging the driveway where mulch has washed away. Grass was knee high down to the water and remained that way throughout our stay. Outside of house, lower patio, screened porch, outdoor furniture and dock were all filthy, stained, and full of dust, pollen, and active spiderwebs. Dock power was inoperable so no one wanted to sit on it after sunset.
