Great Property

Great place to stay

Our family of five and our small dog had a great weekend staying at the Bear Den. We walked to the Marina and spent a day on our friend's boat, we could walk to town and beach. They have everything you need and comfy beds. They have a medium and large kennel in the garage which was really convenient. We would love to stay here again, thanks for having us.

Great place to stay

Spacious and comfortable house with air conditioning. Great location within close walking distance to Payette Lake, downtown and McCall golf course. Very much enjoyed our stay here.

Family Holiday

Perfect location! Beautiful home. Easy walk to town. Close to snowshoeing at Ponderosa State Park, ice skating, sledding and skiing at Brundage. Our family had a great time and enjoyed the stay!

Great Stay in McCall

This condo worked for us. Great location near downtown and the lake - also Ponderosa State Park. We brought kayaks with us, and the garage provided lots of room to store the boats when we were off the water. The condo was comfortable and well furnished. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The bear den at Payette lake is a great place to stay , it was very clean and the house set up was very good with a lot of amenities . Very quiet location . it was only a 5 min walk to the lake . I would stay here again .

Nothing short of amazing!

The home is located perfectly for walking to town and the lake which we did often. The kitchen was well appointed and beds and linens were super comfy. We slept great! Our dog was also happy to have a few comfy dog bed options since he wore himself out swimming, hiking and fetching. The primary bedroom is large and ideal for a couple and young kiddos but I used the sitting area to work some while my husband used the kitchen table. Plenty of room to spread out as there are two bedrooms downstairs as well. The living room also has cozy furniture so we could relax before and after adventures. We loved The Bear Den and would highly recommend!

When we got there I thought I was facing a Nick Saban commercial. No, we could not come in 1 second before 4:00PM regardless that the property was ready.I called Matt twice to see if we could gain entry. We just came up from Eagle - 2.5 hours away. He didn't return my call until a few seconds before 4:00PM.The Nest thermostat kept us guessing when we could get heat and for how long. It must be locked because after looking at a You Tube video, I could only adjust the heat for so long. There were several vents covered or partially covered making airflow strange. It seemed like none of the heat was getting to the lower floor. I'd hate to have to use them.The property is very nice. Great kitchen and family room. The primary bedroom and bed were good as well. The primary bathroom was excellent. That's where most of the heat was going.

Great location. Excellent amenities. Minor problem was rectified immediately. Clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for group or individual activities. A minor benefit would be to have more than 4 chairs for the dining room table.

Perfect home for winter getaway!

This home is spotless, very well stocked with everything you can possibly need and things you didn’t know you needed! The home is spacious with plenty of room to spread out. Great location and close to restaurants! It was so peaceful and quiet. We never heard neighbors or cars! Deer pass through the yard each day. Just beautiful! We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful condo in wonderful location!!

5 of us, along with 1 dog, were in McCall for the winter carnival. This place was perfect for us!! 3 bedrooms (2 downstairs and 1 upstairs), and 3 bathrooms. Large kitchen that had everything we needed. The fireplace was wonderful for the chilly weather! Literally a couple blocks to downtown, perfect location. They even had a large dog crate in the garage and a nice comfy dog bed in the living room, definitely dog friendly! We would definitely stay here again, and would love to come in the summer to check it out!!

Wonderful condo with plenty of space, great location too!

We were here for the McCall winter carnival. We had 5 people in our party, plus one dog, and this place was perfect! The downstairs had 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and washer and dryr, the upstairs had the master bedroom and bathroom (awesome bath and shower!!) The kitchen and dining room and family room are all upstairs also. The fireplace was wonderful, kept us all warm! I loved that this place is dog friendly (they even had a nice big dog crate in the garage and a big comfy dog bed in the living room). Very close to downtown which was super convenient. Would love to rent this place in the summer sometime too!! Would highly recommend!!

The layout of this property was perfect for what our family needed. We walked to town everyday so the location was fantastic. Great amenities, lots of storage area and very comfortable.

Great Location

The Bear Den is in the perfect location: near the lake, close to town, up the street from dog beach and nearby hiking in the state park. It had everything we needed to make us comfortable.

McCall Weekend

Townhouse was as advertised. Super modern and clean. Large tandom 2 car garage.we were able to park truck inside and unload beach toys and not bring them in house. Kitchen had all cooking utensils for eat in meals. Only con is stairs going up to second floor 1 1/2 times normal staircase height. Convenient to downtown and lake. Great place and would rent again

Lovely Unit in Amazing McCall!

Very comfortable and clean home. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms and kitchen were very nice and just what we needed. Downtown McCall is just a walk away. The area is quiet and lovely. The bear theme throughout is perfect for a mountain town in the woods. We will be back.
