***NOW INCLUDES GOLF CART*** Only blocks away from the water, Maison Bleu is a beautiful, three-bedroom property within easy walking distance to the white sands and beautiful sunsets of East Beach, and only one and a half miles to the heart of the historic downtown Ocean Springs shopping/restaurant district. 

This charming mid-century home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and is filled with both mid-century modern and vintage accents. Maison Bleu is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway, as well as week-long vacations with the family. 
Loaded with amenities, you will find a clean, artistically decorated space with all the conveniences of home.

Maison Bleu features an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a gas oven/stove, microwave, fridge, blender, and all the utensils you will need for preparing meals on days you rather stay in the comforts of home, rather than eating out at the numerous Ocean Springs hot-spots.

The living room provides a comfortable place to lounge in front of the large flat-screen SmartTV, and provides an extra place to sleep if needed. 

In the Master Bedroom, you will find a Queen bed, with a private bathroom that features an elegant walk-in shower.

There are two guest bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, and the other with two twin beds. The guest bathroom has a bathtub for those nights you need to kick back and read a book. The property is also equipped with high-speed wireless Internet, and most of the rooms have ceiling fans for additional cooling.

Ocean Springs is a golf cart-friendly town, and we provide a four-seat electric golf cart for our guests to use to go to the beach and downtown at no additional cost.

There is a large backyard surrounded by nature, perfect for relaxing or entertaining on the patio. The yard is covered with large century oaks for shading, and plenty of room for your furry friends or kiddos to run and play. 

***Pets are allowed for a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Please select that you will be bringing a pet when making the reservation or we will need to send an additional payment request after booking***

***There should be no more than six people on the property unless prior permission is given.

***No events or parties of any kind.

***An electronic waiver will be needed to be filled out before using golf cart

While at Maison Bleu you will feel completely at home and never need to leave the property to have a fantastic stay, but if you can tear yourself away, you'll find yourself minutes away from the heart of the quaint historic town of Ocean Springs. It has many great restaurants, museums, art galleries, sidewalk cafes, antique stores, and unique gift shops for you to enjoy.

Our favorite place to stay in Ocean Springs while visiting family. The house is always clean, and the location is perfect. The hosts are wonderful and respond quickly to questions. Highly recommend!

Great location, near East Beach. Includes a 4 person golf cart, which was great to use for getting all around town. Also, we had reached out to the host a couple of times with questions and Chris was awesome...hands down the best host I've ever worked with on VRBO! Beds were comfy, rooms were clean and spacious with lots of natural light in the house and large partially fenced in back yard was great for privacy. We spent a lot of time outside on the back patio, it was beautiful and shaded by a large oak tree. Quiet neighborhood too! Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Ocean Springs!!!!!

This is a lovely property tucked into an ideal neighborhood close to the beach and Government Street. The house has a delightful mid-century vibe, and the backyard is wonderful as well. Beds were so comfy. We had a lovely stay.

We enjoyed our stay overall, and the home has a lot of potential. There are a few areas that I feel need attention to make the guest experience more comfortable and enjoyable.The bathroom walls were dingy and could use fresh paint. The lighting throughout the home was also limited—one bedroom did not have a lamp, and one of the living room lamps was not working. The exterior lighting was quite poor, which was a safety concern when arriving after dark. The bushes along the driveway also need to be trimmed, as they made the driveway difficult to see when approaching from the road.I shared these concerns with the host and they were very receptive and said they would address them. I appreciate that they welcomed the feedback and hope these improvements will make an already nice home even better for future guests.We would stay again if these improvements are made.

Great place. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. Only issue was the fridge/freezer was evidently going out or had something wrong. Neither was cold. Told the host when we checked out they apologized and said they would fix it. My only real complaint is the pillows for the beds are very thick and that’s just my opinion.

Thank you for your feedback. This is an older, cozy home that has been updated over the years, and we continue to make improvements as we go. Many guests actually choose it because it has the charm and character of a classic home rather than feeling like a brand-new build. The photos shared in the review appear to be extremely close-up images of very minor details that you would likely find in almost any older home. While we always work to keep the property clean and well maintained, magnifying small areas doesn’t really reflect the overall condition or experience of the home. As our numerous positive reviews show, most guests really enjoy the space, comfort, and location. That said, we are always continuing to paint, update, and improve the property whenever possible. We appreciate the feedback and wish you the best in your future travels.

We’re disappointed to see this review, especially given the amount of time and effort our team put into accommodating this guest before and during her stay. From the outset, communication was very demanding, and we did our best to address every request promptly and thoroughly. To clarify a few points for future guests: our listing does not advertise a dishwasher, and all amenities are clearly outlined in the description. We encourage guests to review those details prior to booking to ensure the property is a good fit for their needs. Cleanliness is something we take extremely seriously. Our professional housekeeping team services a large number of properties with consistently strong feedback, and the home was cleaned and inspected prior to arrival. Had any concerns been brought to our attention during the stay, we would have addressed them immediately. We always aim to provide a great experience, but this stay was a good example of expectations not aligning with what is clearly presented. For that reason, we would not host this guest again.

Maison Bleu was easy to find with a great location. A quick ride to restaurants, stores, and the beach. The hosts communicated before our stay and responded quickly. The house was clean and comfortable. The AC worked, water pressure was great. On-site parking and quiet neighborhood are added perks. Check-in and out were easy.

Ocean Springs is our hometown and we love this place! We grew up riding bikes, walking downtown, fishing and crabbing the beaches, and couldn't be more pleased to raise our daughter here. Chase is the kind of guy that enjoys a cold brew at a local pub, and a swanky dinner out on the town; I am more of the type to grab a sack of crawfish and walk to the beach to eat them. We feel so lucky this town has everything we need to keep us happy!

Maison Bleu is our second vacation rental. My best friend knew I had been looking for another property; when she saw this place had a for sale sign while on her evening walk, she just knew it had the kind of charm that I was drawn to. Properties in Ocean Springs don't last long, especially within this short proximity to the beach. From the moment we saw it's mid-century charm nestled in the oak trees, just a stone's throw from the beach we knew we had to have it. We bought the home in record time, only took us 10 days. We couldn't be more pleased with our decision to share this little peace of heaven with our guests from all around.
