This Newly Renovated and Breathtaking Cape Cod Style Beach House gives you the true New England experience, with Ocean Beach Park just steps away! This split level design w/ garage, built in 1975 was completely renovated in (2024/2025). Our NEWLY fully furnished 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom house even allows a group of 12 relatives to live comfortably and lavishly! SLEEPS 12 IN BEDS! Maximum 12 occupancy!

Beach passes ARE NOT included with booking; can be purchased at Ocean Beach Park admission booth(s). Public commercial olympic sized pool located at Ocean Beach Park (pool passes ARE NOT included w/ booking; can be purchased at park). Unfortunately dogs (pets) are not allowed inside Ocean Beach Park.
