TRULLO 'LA QUERCIA' WITH POOL, IMMERSED IN NATURE

Immersed in nature and silence, colored by the typical Apulian 'red earth', among olive, almond and cherry trees stands a splendid late 19th century trullo, renovated according to the traditions of the master masters.
The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 large living room with kitchen (possibly it can also act as a bedroom for sleeping), 2 bathrooms both with shower (1 external and 1 internal) and can accommodate up to 6 people.
The most pleasant feature is that the beds are inserted in the alcoves: small niches with vaulted ceilings delimited by an arch and separated with curtains, so that intimacy is protected by architectural and furnishing elements.
1 bedroom consists of a double bed and a large vaulted ceiling; the other, a little smaller, is furnished with a double bed (ideal for 2 children) and a single sofa bed.
A space adjacent to the trullo has recently been built which serves as a large living room with kitchen and double sofa bed. There is also a fireplace to heat the environment in winter but also to enjoy a nice atmosphere.
Outside, a small shower has been created in the middle of the trees, particularly appreciated by guests during the summer.
Adjacent to the trullo there is an ancient wood-burning oven where you can make bread or pizzas and there is not even a barbecue for those who want to spend the nice cool evenings preparing grilled meat.
The icing on the cake of this accommodation is externally, in addition to the large wooden veranda (60 m / q), a wonderful and imposing oak that gives shade and beauty and under which a large table was built for eating and in the same time enjoy the beauty of nature.
The PRIVATE outdoor swimming pool in front of the Trullo (10mX5m) allows you to spend pleasant days of relaxation and fun.
In summer, the high temperatures of the south are not a problem: the stone structure of the trullo makes the rooms very fresh, however an air conditioning system has been installed that can be used in summer and winter. Guests will enjoy all that the house offers.
The kitchen is fully equipped, bed linen and towels are available.
Cleaning of the apartment is included in the price.
