Welcome to our state-of-the-art serviced apartment, located very close to Anand Vihar Metro Station (Blue Line) as well as Dilshad Garden Metro station (Red Line). This is a compact apartment with two tastefully furnished bed rooms with King Size Beds, Attached western toilets and shower along with dressing area. The entire apartment is Air-Conditioned to help you beat the heat. The apartment has large drawing cum dining room which works as sitting area as well as meeting area. The bed room has TV with cable connections. The entire apartment has High Speed WiFi. There is also a free outdoor parking spot for your vehicle.

We have fully functional kitchen where you can cook food and please do not miss out on our home made Masala tea, breakfast and meals. We charge nominally for food. Apart from that, you have choice of as many as 25 restaurants within a radius of 1.5 km offering various cuisines.

We are placed conveniently close to our local City Centre market of Ramprastha, which has lively restaurants, bars, pharmacies & convenient Forex shops to exchange currency. The nearest metro is a 15-min walk away. Our managers are always on hand to help you navigate the local area, walk you to our local market, help you get taxis or tuk-tuks, take you to a reliable Foreign exchange outlet or help you set yourself up with a local SIM card for your phone - everything you need to get you started on your India adventure!

We are very very central - a 5 minute drive from Anand Vihar ISBT, and just 30 minutes away from the city-center Connaught Place. If you choose to take metro for Connaught Place, it is a ride of just 17 minutes from Rajiv Chowk Metro Station on blue line.

The apartment is on the Upper Ground floor (No need of an elevator/ lift) It is extremely private and fitted with all the mod-cons: heater/air-conditioners, TV & cable, DVD player, refrigerator, hot and cold showers, high speed WiFi, microwave and more!

We shall always respect your privacy, but both me and my care takers are just a phone call away if you need any assistance. We have a dedicated manager, Mr. Ravindra to assist you with your stay.

We have traveled world over and understand the importance of assistance for the travel needs of guest. We shall surely assist you for cab, metro routes, train tickets or flight booking.

An Early Check-in (before 12 noon on the 1st day of your booking) depends on whether there are guests staying the previous day. If we do not have guests staying the previous day, we shall certainly accommodate you!

If you require a Late Checkout (after 11:00 AM), please write to us. If the room is free the following day (i.e. we have no other bookings), we would love to accommodate you.

As per government law, use of any narcotics drug including marijuana is strictly prohibited. We discourage consumption of alcohol and the apartment is not available for parties where alcohol, loud music and smoking are to be present.

It is a very safe, gated residential neighborhood that is well connected with public transport, located at just 10 minutes walking distance from the Anand Vihar Metro Station (Blue Line). There are plenty of shopping opportunities nearby in the local markets of Laxmi Nagar and Krishna Nagar. There are lots of restaurants in the nearby areas, and for grocery and essentials the City Center market is a short walk.

The best way to get to our place from the airport is via pre-paid taxi like Uber, Ola and others.

Dilshad Garden Metro Station on the Red Line is just 1 km away. Our apartment is close to the main road, where you can easily get tuk-tuks and auto rickshaws. We can also connect you to our old, reliable, and local taxi service that can pick you up and drop you right to your doorstep.

Our place is well connected to Delhi's main sights - it is a 10 minute walk to the nearest metro station (Anand Vihar) and about 20 minutes by metro to the city center (Connaught Place). From our place, you can travel by metro, tuk-tuks or taxi to the main sights (all available at a distance of 5 minutes from the apartment).

To give you an idea of distances to the sights:

Red Fort/ Jama Masjid/ Old Delhi Bazaar: 30 min by metro, then its useful to hire a cycle rickshaw to get around.

Akshardham: 20 min by metro (Blue Line), then a 5 minute walk.

Humayun's Tomb: 25 minutes by tuk-tuk or taxi.

Qutub Minar: 10 minutes walk to the Anand Vihar Metro, then 50 min by metro.

Rajghat: Just 20 minutes by taxi.
