Awesome place

Dejan's place was awesome! Very close to public transportation and a massive Westfield shopping centre, (there's a bus stop in front of the building and an overground line, around the corner. The flat is extremely clean, spacious, and quiet. Dejan was quick to answer all our questions and very accommodating indeed. I would definitely recommend his flat.

Definitely not as advertised

First the good points. Dejan was quite quick to respond to inquiries. The apartment is about a 4 minute walk to the DLR. However, 1) there was no coffee maker, 2) the microwave was on the shelf in the hall closet, 3) there is no dining area, as there is a desk in the spot where a table would go. For eating you need to sit on the futons. 4) the furniture that is in the pictures is no longer there. Instead there are 2 quite uncomfortable futons to sit on. 5) The kitchen floor tiles are taped with black duct tape to hold them together. He has strategically placed a large mat to cover up most of that and the pictures that are on the site do not indicate this at all. 6) The flooring in the hallway is also taped together and covered up with a mat. 7) the bathroom is very tired and the the use of the shower taps is tricky. 8) the building is located on a major road that is used by heavy-duty gravel trucks that run until past 11 pm. 9) the way that the address is listed is quite confusing. I could not and neither could our Uber driver figure out which number was actually the building number and which number was the apartment number. 10) it also seems that the owner, Dejan, stays there part-time as his clothes were in half of the closet and dresser space. We found this quite disconcerting as this was totally unexpected until we got the final instructions about 2 days before arriving. 11) Certain food items were promised on our arrival and those items were not provided. I am not sure how the other reviewers arrived at their glowing reports of the apartment. I took this apartment based on their reviews and I was very disappointed with the state of the apartment when we arrived. So, all in all, the lovely pictures are quite deceiving.

Difficile de contacter le propriétaire pour l'arrivée et le départ?!? Je trouve cela tout à fait trompeuse ... Ou pour le dire simplement, complètement trompeur. Maryse n'a pas voyagé en raison de problèmes privés, mais ses amis l'a fait. Je l'avais envoyé 3 e-mails à son ami qui était censé arriver à 14h00. Tous les e-mails en anglais ainsi qu'en français, en utilisant le Google Translate. Toutes les instructions fournies, dans les moindres détails. L'ami n'a jamais répondu et / ou reconnu les e-mails. J'ai appelé Maryse et expliqué tout cela et de transmettre le message à ses amis. Ma dame propre, attendait l'arrivée de l'invité jusqu'à 16h00! Elle est restée 2 heures supplémentaires. Enfin, les invités sont apparus à 18h00, 4 heures de retard. Et puis, le client ne pouvait pas la peine de me appeler, parce qu'elle allait être chargé par son opérateur de téléphonie mobile. Donc, elle a appelé Maryse pour lui dire que je l'appelle ... Alors Maryse m'a appelé de France pour me dire d'appeler son ami, qui est à Londres ... Voilà comment nous communiquions, parce que, il est plus simple, bien sûr .. . Si le client ne la peine de lire l'e-mail avec des instructions, ou encore mieux, arriver à l'heure convenue, quelqu'un aurait ouvert la porte pour elle. Nous avons attendu et attendu. Après 2 heures, je dis à mon propre pour rentrer à la maison. La clé de l'appartement a été laissé à l'intérieur du (coffre-fort), boîte à clés, attaché à ma porte plat. Le nombre de broches a été livré, par écrit, à l'invité. Finalement, je me suis prise de l'invité, qui passe ensuite sur le téléphone à un sranger complet, (parce qu'elle ne parle pas anglais), que je dois expliquer et de révéler le code PIN à mon appartement. Et après tout cela, je suis resté pour répondre et d'expliquer pourquoi il était «difficile» d'obtenir à l'intérieur de l'appartement! Ceci est un non-sens, une absurdité totale et une fabrication totale des faits. Et bien sûr, je devrais me excuser?!?

East London stay

We were here for 6 nights. Prior to our visit, Dejan was very responsive and helpful. Apartment is spotless, modern and everything is as shown in the pictures. There's a bus stop in front of the building and overground station few minutes away. It was perfect for our short vacation and we'd recommend this to all visitors. Oh, and free sauna and steam room was a great bonus.

The host with the most

Dejan is a great host, very quick to answer all your questions and very easy to talk to. The flat itself is clean, cosy, quiet and immaculately presented. We stayed at Dejan’s for full 3 weeks and felt at home from day one. Travel connections are plenty and although there are no bars or restaurants in the close proximity, Stratford is only one stop away, where there are many. Truly wonderful experience.

Helpful

On arrival to the property Dejan the host was,very helpful and couldn't do enough for me. Give me a very detailed explanation about the property and surrounding area. The property is clean and with everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. Dejan was always at the other end of the phone if I needed any thing. Very close to Westfield and other shops. Westfield hosting a variety of eateries and great for transport links. When ever I'm back in that area Dejan will be my first port of call.

Great apt, super nice!

Dejan was incredibly nice, flexible, and accommodating during my stay. The flat is exactly as described; conveniently located, clean, and has most things you'd need for a short stay in London.

Loved it. Recommended.

We had a great stay in Dejan’s flat. It was super clean and very comfortable. The flat is very safe, with closed gates and concierge. Dejan was kind enough to let us get an early check in, (3AM!!!), which we really appreciated. The flat itself is spacious for a 1-bedroom, exceptionally clean and with easy access to central London.

Very nice and clean, recommended

Dejan was very helpful and friendly. He clearly cares about the wellbeing of his guests. The facilities are great and very clean indeed. Central London is half an hour away and travel connections are excellent. Recommended.

Very Covenient

We stayed in apartment for 4 weeks and it had everything we required. It is located close to Pudding Mill Lane (DLR) and is about a 15 min walk to Stratford Station and Westfield Shopping Centre. I walked there on a regular basis through the Olympic Park which is great. As you enter the park, located to your right is viewtube, where you can hire bikes and also lessons are available to learn to ride a bike (which I did). There is also a lovely café which, unfortunately we didn't try but really wanted to.

Buena relación calidad-precio.

El propietario, Dejan, es una persona encantadora, y además nos facilitó toda la información necesaria para llegar e instalarnos sin problemas, adaptándose a nuestra llegada del vuelo. El apartamento está muy limpio y cuidado y todo funciona. Está un poco alejado del centro, pero realmente la comunicación es muy buena: metro con Central Line y el autobús 25 te deja en Oxford Street. Repetiría.

Excellent Location, Clean & tidy Apartment

Dejan's apartment is so lovely and clean. We had a fantastic 2 weeks in his apartment. This apartment has all the essentials you need and is presented really well. Dejan was so lovely to take us in on the same day we phoned for accommodation. This meant he had to clean up and move out on the same day, which we understand would of been a hassle for him, however he made no complaint of it. He was even kind enough to let us store our luggage for the day while he prepared it so we could go out to the shops and pubs at Stratford. We chose to prepare and cook at a lot of of our meals at home and Dejan's kitchen is well equipped for that. Tesco's is only a 10 minute walk to the superstore or a 6 minute walk to the mini store. This apartment is close to the DLR line (Pudding Mill) which connects you with Bow or Stratford, meaning you can take the central line into the city. There is also a bus stop outside which can take you up to Stratford in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend this apartment if you are staying in London for a few days or a few weeks.

Nette kleine Wohnung

Wir waren für 12 Nächte dort und die Wohnung war sauber mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche. Übergabe war sehr freundlich und problemlos. Die Anbindung an die Innenstadt über Bus/Tube oder DLR dauert ca. 25 Min. Bushalt direkt vor dem Haus, Fahrzeit zur Tube Stratford (Jubilee od. Central) ca. 5 Min., zur DLR (Pudding Mill Lane) ca. 5 Min. zu Fuß. Supermarkt mit tägl. Öffnung bis 23 Uhr in ca. 300m Entfernung. Für 2 Personen auch gut für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet, eine evtl. dritte Person hat nur ein Luftbett zur Verfügung. Wer es nach einem Tag London noch schafft kann auch das Fitnesstudio, die Sauna oder das Dampfbad im Haus nutzen. Einziges kleines Manko ist der fehlende Esstisch und die "englische" Matraze.

This one is great

Very clean apartment on the DLR line. Perfect stopover if you're on business at Docklands area as I was. Calling up and getting in was very simple and the host was quick in responding to all my questions. Would happily recommend

nice stay

We enjoy to spent these 4 nice days in this flat, very convenient, Dejan was waiting to welcome us. The flat is close to Stratford station (5mn by bus, several line direct). Flat is as on the picture, clean and practice. Grocery store is at 5 mn walking. I recommend this property. Franck Regards

A Home Away from Home

Having read the description and viewed the photos, we immediately felt at home the moment we arrived. The convenience of the bus stop right outside the property helped make traveling to visit family in various areas around London, a breeze. If you are looking for a base for excursions or simply to enjoy holiday shopping this is a cosy apartment to come home to and to enjoy self catering. Safe, quiet, private, comfortable, and conveniently located with the added plus of the gym and sauna to maintain workout routines with an aquatic centre a couple of bus stops away. A friendly, amenable host ensures a positive holiday experience. Thumbs up on this rental.

Just what we were looking for!

It was perfect! This flat was just what we were looking for. It was very comfortable and provided everything we needed. The location was a little far from city center, but still only a few minute walk from the DLR which connected to the tube at Stratford. It was a great location in that the area felt very safe and it has a nice view of the Olympic stadium. We were there for a week and really enjoyed our time. Dejan was an amazing host was always available to answer any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and hope to stay here when we return to London. Thank you Dejan!!! :)

Excellent value!

This is a lovely property; very clean and tidy and I thoroughly enjoyed my short term stay here. The host is very punctual and communication was prompt and without delay. The best thing about the property is the use of the gym complex, at least for me. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future; highly recommended indeed.
