We rent our apartment for a calm and relaxing holiday.
Located in Spain, in Les Devesses (between Dénia and Oliva), it is on the first floor of a small residence, very quiet, with sea views, and 150 m from a beautiful and large sandy beach.

The capacity is 5 people.

One bedroom with 2 twin beds
A room with 3 beds including 1 loft bed
A large living room with sofa and armchairs
A dining area with extending table
A bathroom with shower, WC and large storage cupboards
A kitchen equipped with everything you need: plates, oven, microwave, toaster, ...

Our apartment was renovated in 2017.
It has air conditioning (reversible in heating off season)
The bedding is new and above all comfortable for restful nights! : the 90x190 beds all have a memory foam mattress.
