We're happy to hear you loved the villa, but we're sorry to hear of certain false claims you made.
I'm referring to your complaint about the request for greater communication and respect for privacy.
Communication and privacy are guaranteed at Villa Palme, as demonstrated by 11 years of reviews, all 5-star.
Regarding communication: for each reservation, we create a messaging group with the guest who booked, and the guest can then add their friends and family to the group if they wish.
All this is to provide a better service and share all the information we begin sending before arrival and during the stay, including: maps and itineraries for easily reaching the villa, places to visit, recommended tourist tours, additional recommendations for restaurants, bars, supermarkets, beaches, and all links to the relevant maps.
Regarding privacy: we've sent out notices in the messaging group informing you that we'll be visiting the villa to perform the necessary checks on the pool water quality, water supply, and gas, to ensure the house is in excellent working order, especially for long 14-night reservations like yours. This all happens in the technical rooms outside the house, which we access through the main gate, but remain outside the house, without invading your privacy.
In this information, you occasionally responded with "OK, we're here" or "we need to leave."
On one occasion, you didn't respond; perhaps you didn't read the message, and we came because we needed to, but we had warned you.
Everything we're saying is demonstrable, and you can verify it from the messages we've exchanged with your entire group.
Even though you didn't always respond to our notices, we still gave you 5 stars overall, including for communication.
We don't understand the garbage outside the gate, in fact there are six containers for separate waste collection, which in our municipality is door-to-door.
Every day, municipal workers come by to collect different types of waste, so everything is spotless; we really can't understand what you're referring to.
About the lack of sidewalks, that's true, but that's because a large villa like Villa Palme, with its large pool and garden, isn't in the city, but on the outskirts, on a well-lit suburban road. However, it is a suburban road, and as such, like all provincial and state roads, there are no sidewalks; otherwise, you would have had to rent a house in the city.
Thank you for your time, anyway.
