Our stay couldn’t have been nicer. The only thing I gave an average rating in was the location. But this was very clear to me when booking. We particularly liked how easy and quickly the property manager responded to our call. No complaints at all. we had a lovely time in Asheville and will visit again. Thanks for having us

Great stay at the Triple Falls at River Row Flats

Great stay with easy access to go anywhere in Asheville. Great walking paths along the River Art District. Very comfortable and relaxing. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

Great apartment in River Arts

The apartment was perfect for us- easy check in and check out, plenty of kitchen and bathroom amenities and modern decor. Central location was nice, and if you are looking for a gym, the downtown Y is 5 minutes away.

Amazing Spot

Our 2nd time staying here and we love it. Modern condo close to everything. So convenient with New Belgium Brewery across the street. Lo e staying here and will again.

Ideal escape

The place was exactly as advertised. Great location and clean! Nancy (property manager) was on site each day I was there and very personable and helpful. I would stay at this location again without any hesitation.

Nice Studio Stay

This studio was the perfect place to stay for my wife and I for a long weekend. The neighborhood is a little loud as it is located on a busy street next to the New Belgium loading dock. Also, the walls are pretty thin so we could hear our neighbors kids our entire stay.

Great getaway spot in Asheville!

My husband and I visited Asheville for a long weekend and this property was perfect in terms of location, cleanliness, and comfort. Nancy was great with communications and prompt to any questions. You are about a five minute drive from anywhere in Asheville, yet far enough out to still provide serenity. Highly recommend, and when we are back, will stay at this same location!

Very nice place. Open design with plenty of light. Great kitchen, living area and bedroom space/design. Close enough to city to walk to art district and city. Check in and out was a breeze. A bonus is if you like modern architecture this hit the spot.n Also good access to Blue Ridge highway for hiking.

Nice studio in a great location

The studio was ample sized for 2 people, and comfortable. The sofa and bed are showing their age though, but not a deal breaker. A couple things to note: There is no assigned parking. There was no dishwasher detergent as listed nor were there and welcome chocolates.

Great getaway

A great place for a quick getaway or longer stay. The entire process was super simple and the accommodations comfortable and clean. There are lots of good food options nearby, but the full sized kitchen was useful as well. I was a little concerned about the trucks next door at New Belgium, but there were zero disturbances -- only birds chirping in the morning, which was a pleasant surprise! The River Greenway is great for long walks and the River Arts District (and coffee) is about a mile away. West Asheville and downtown are also convenient and provisions from Earth Fare a short drive across Patton / 26. I would definitely recommend and stay again!

Our Favorite Spot in West Asheville

We visit Asheville a few times a year to hangout with our child. Most of the time we stay at River Row Flats. Great location right across from New Belgium Brewery. We like to walk, and this spot puts us close to lots of great restaurants, breweries, shops. Plus, you are right next to the River Walk. The space is clean and bright. The beds are better than most places—of course, nothing is quite as nice as your own bed! Nice touches like local coffee and chocolates left for guests to enjoy. Nancy is awesome. She is always helpful and kind. We will continue to choose River Row Flats first for our visits.

Wish I Could Give 100 Stars!

JUST FABULOUS! I booked this property as a surprise birthday gift for my husband so we could tour the Moog Factory and IT WAS PERFECT! The description matched the room, but honestly the room was even better than described online. We appreciated the location too because we were literally 1-7 minutes away from anywhere we wanted to be, especially downtown which is ridiculously close. You can even walk along the river as an activity if you wish. Communication with the host was quick, simple and effective too. We cannot wait to come back!

Perfect Location for our 7 day stay.

Loved the spaciousness and functionality of the room. Felt peaceful. We were on the third floor. We do not like to eat out all the time so having a kitchen was fantastic. Space is clean and well thought out. At first we were bummed about the noise coming from the brewery across the street but once in the room we could not hear any noise. The location was awesome for all the things we wanted to accomplish in Asheville and surrounding towns and Blue Ridge Parkway. If you do want to wash make sure you bring quarters or plan ahead with the manager to have her deliver quarters. All staff friendly and responsive. We would go back again there again if we find our way back to Asheville.

Located directly across the street from New Belgium Brewing and within walking distance to the River Arts District, River Row Flats is centrally located to most of Asheville's most loved attractions. We are located about 5 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from the Biltmore House entrance. It is a 15 minute drive to the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway for great hiking trails and lookouts. The French Broad River is right across the bridge from us and water access is within walking distance. The Greenway across the bridge is great for biking, jogging, or going to all of the unique shops in the RAD. Street noise can be heard but is typically not an issue with most guests.
