There’s a black iron fence that divide properties please stay on your side including parking, So both sides are private.

A non refundable PET FEE $100. PER PET PER STAY….. And restrictions on some breeds USD More if you have multiples....Cleanup fees will be assessed if pet has an accident or damages to the cottage .
