Beautiful Family Friendly Seafront Flat With Stunning Views

West Parade is a beautiful first floor seafront flat with full height windows framing a stunning outlook over the sea. The flat is suitable for families or couples although might not be suitable for the elderly or very young babies in a buggy as the flat is situated on the first floor.
There are 2 bedrooms: a spacious double and a small bunk room suitable for children with a loft bed, separate single bed and trundle bed (if needed).
There is a well equipped kitchen area (no freezer or microwave but plenty of other cooking equipment to suit your needs) within the open plan living area. As you will see from the photos, there is no television in the flat. Many people, including our family, use holiday times to connect with loved ones and have a bit of a digital detox! During the day, if you are in the flat, it is lovely to sit by the huge windows and watch the world go by. In the evenings you can entertain yourselves with our variety of games and puzzles, immerse yourself in one of our magazines or books or even just enjoy one another's company whilst having a chat! If you really can't live without a screen, we have unlimited broadband wifi (and a tv licence) so bring a laptop, iPad or tablet and keep up to date with all your favourite programmes!
The bathroom has both a small bath and overhead shower. Please note we do not provide towels for bath or beach so please do bring your own!
There is metered street parking opposite the flat on West Parade, these meters are operational from 8am - 6pm seven days a week. The cost to park ranges from 5p for up to 10 minutes to £2 for all day/up to 10 hours.

Beautiful view on the sea

The appartment ist very well situated with a beautiful view on the sea and very close to the city-centre. We enjoyed our stay and recommand the location for adults, teenagers and children as well!

Great stay in Bexhill-on-Sea

Very nice and comfortable flat with a great view. It contains everything you need for your stay. The flat ist tastefully decorated. We always looked forward to returning to the flat from our excursions.

Beautiful classy immaculate apartment

Bags of character, immaculately clean, well stocked kitchen, plenty of warm water/heating and great shower, beautiful quiet bedrooms. Despite uncomfortable and scruffy sofa and plain entrance i would most definitely recommend

I wish this flat belonged to me!

Probably the most comfortable place I have stayed in ever (!) with the most amazing view of the constantly changing sea and sky. I loved being here and didn’t want to leave, even to buy food or shop for bargains in the charity shops.

Fantastic stay!

A great stay here at this lovely apartment for 3 nights, whilst watching the tennis in Eastbourne Train station is only a short walk and as we drove to the apartment, unrestricted park was just 10 minutes down the road.Amazing to relax next to the sea front, either sat next to the window with the sea breeze, or on the sofa with a brew. Double bed was very comfortable and being at the rear, very quiet. Very clear instructions in the folder or by message before staying. Highly recommended and if travelling this way in the future, will certainly stay if available.

Great stay in Bexhill

This was an amazing location - with a beautiful view of and easy access to the sea. The living space and main bedroom were roomy and bright - with tall windows and high ceilings. The second room was quite tiny for an adult, but worked okay. Jane was easy to access and so wonderful to work with. I’d definitely stay again!

Wonderful views....even in Winter

Another lovely stay in this charming apartment with wonderful views. Even in Winter the view is lovely and we have stayed here several times now. Jane is always so helpful with the booking process and makes everything so easy. We love Bexhill and will definitely be back again - Thank you so much for everything.

Just as lovely as last time

Glorious weather and the most relaxing holiday ever. I hardly strayed away from the fantastic view from the flat. I sat and watched the sea and sky and the constantly changing light.

A wonderful start of our holiday

We started our holiday with a couple of days in Bexhill. The appartment was great. What a view from the living room/kitchen! The flat is lovely decorated and the kitchen was well equipped. The weather was amazing and we really got to enjoy the sea and the environment and all the Keane-features nearby. Will remember this place, we might come back someday!

A very nice place with a beautiful view

We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful flat. The view is simply unique. The weather was not at all typically English, but sunny throughout. The communication with Jane was always very friendly. We will gladly come back again.

Visiting Family

This is such a cute little place. The sea views from the front windows are stunning. We had a front row seat to a beautiful full moon and an awesome summer thunderstorm. The flat itself had lots of thoughtful touches and a nice selection of board games and kid activities for the little ones. Everything is very walkable from this location: train station, buses, shops, park, seafront, restaurants, library. The only complaint was a smoking neighbor. Everything was really lovely and it's clear the host takes great pride in their property. 10/10 would stay again.

Beautiful location, great apartment

the view from the apartment is mesmerizing, you could sit all day and watch the ocean. the only concern I had was that they did not provide towels? For an overseas traveler that was a bit difficult, lucky I had family in the area. but I would highly recommend the apartment, lovely and clean and has everything you would need, except towels :)

Wonderful view

The flat is tastefully and practically furnished and the view is simply fantastic.There are interesting board games.The bed for the parents is french, in other words particularly suitable for younger and slimmer lovers than us.We would still like to come back.

Very lovely stay

Absolutly lovely stay! The flat was very cosy and you instantly felt at home. Bexhill itself is really lovely, with many cute stores and the view on the beach breathtaking! The only things that unfortunately added a bit of stress to the entire process, was that we didn't received the exact address of the flat, until one day before our stay and we had to pay full price immediately when we booked. So we were a bit unsettled as we got closer to the time and still hadn't received the address.

After growing up in the area and spending many happy times on Bexhill beach (the photo above shows us on the beach in the 70s!), I was keen for my children to experience the relaxed and care free seaside days I remembered as a child. Bexhill holds fond memories for me and we enjoy making new memories every time we visit.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

West Parade holds a special place in my heart as my aunt lived here (in the flat next door!) when I was a child and I loved coming to visit and playing on the beach opposite. Many of the period properties in this block still have lots of original features and that is part of their charm, along with their fantastic location. After viewing many properties we were lucky enough to find this gem of a flat, come and see why we think it is so lovely!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

You only need to sit and look out of the beautiful floor to ceiling windows to see the ever changing vista of sea and beach and I think you too will fall in love with the place... and want to return again and again.
