The silent house, free on all four sides, enjoys absolute privacy. Road access with outdoor parking (unattended).
The upper floor, of 80 square meters, is composed of:
1 kitchen equipped with stove, sink and refrigerator and equipped for your stay.
1 living room with dining table and sofa bed overlooking the terrace
1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a cot
1 double bedroom with large wardrobe overlooking the terrace
1 full bathroom with large shower and bidet

The terrace is accessed by an external staircase, on the lower floor with an independent entrance:
1 double bedroom of about 20 sq m, with sea view
1 bathroom with shower.
The house is equipped with linen and towels (1 shower towel per head, others on request with final washing machine payment according to consumption)

Terrace of c. approx 150sqm with spectacular sea views, equipped and furnished with a large masonry table, sheltered by a pergola, where up to 10 people can eat, sofas, chaises longues, armchairs, umbrella, brick barbecue and alongside a comfortable washhouse. 1 outdoor shower and 1 independent toilet with toilet and bidet. A large space in the back for drying linen and storing marine equipment.
Small crags of greenery surround the terrace.

The town is about 300 meters away, can be reached via an asphalted road or by going down a walkway with about 100 steps, a pleasant 10 minute walk through gardens and typical houses.

In town you will find wi fi in public places and all the services for your holiday: bars, restaurants, groceries, fruit shops, laundry, pharmacies, boat and dinghy rental, moped and taxi rental.
Quickly reachable the pier from which hydrofoils and ferries leave for Formia, Anzio, Terracina, San Felice Circeo, Naples.

Deposit: at check we ask for a check for € 500 which will be returned to you at the end of your stay.

Final cleaning: 100 €

Extraordinary cleaning and washing on request:
with Rosa, Ms ra who welcomes you on arrival, you can agree directly in case of need, 20 € washing machine, cleaning 10 € per hour.
