First Floor Condo Right Across the street from Beach - Whispering Sands Unit 101

Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 1 bedroom/1 bath residence. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the living room has a queen fold out couch. There is a full kitchen. The property is just minutes away from all of best attractions, and guests are sure to get a true experience. We are about 5 blocks North of the Garden City Pier and only 10 miles from Myrtle Beach.

Bands often play at the end of the Garden City Pier on the weekends. Murrells Inlet is close by too….you can catch some kayaking or have dinner at Drunken Jacks or the Dead Dog Saloon! These are just a few of our favorites. As you can probably tell, we love it there! We would love to share it with you and your family.

Second Row First Floor Condo at Whispering Sands. Right across the street from the beach. 1/4 mile North of the Garden City Pier, Arcade, Sam's Corner, and Causeway Bar and Grill.

One Bedroom with a Queen bed and Queen foldout couch.

We typically book Saturday to Saturday during the summer. If you are looking for a shorter stay or dates that fall outside of a Saturday to Saturday stay, please send me a message and I will do my best to accommodate in one of our units if possible.

Many of our guests bring linens, so linen rental is not included. Linens can be added to any rental if desired.

The room had partial view of the ocean, which we were aware of when booking. The host is very friendly and quick to follow up upon any questions. Very clean and comfortable accommodations. Centrally located for all our needs, the bed was extremely comfortable. Very nice place to stay.

We really enjoyed staying at Whispering units. The condo was clean, comfortable, and convenient! I loved being able to easily take morning coffee for sunrise walks on the beach, and opening the balcony door to hear the waves across the street.

We highly enjoyed our stay here! Check in & out was easy quick & simple. The condo was clean spacious for 2 people. The person we booked with quickly responded every time we messaged & was kind.We have stayed at another unit at this complex before & LOVE the proximity to beach, restaurants, bars, & the pier! We pretty much walked the whole time we were there! Great shower water pressure I should add too lol.

Excellent location

I have stayed in a few of Tiffany's condos, and always a great experience. Nothing fancy but has all the necessities. Kitchen has everything need to prepare meals, bed is comfortable, and location is great. Beach access is literally right across the street.

Perfect Location. The pier, a little market (for necessities), four bars, and two restaurants had an easy walk to them. It was only 11 minutes. This is a FULL DISCLAIMER on the property itself not the condo owner Tiffani. Cockroaches were an issue outside (IT’S THE SOUTH), and the pool also needed maintenance. It wasn’t very clean. The balcony was amazing. It was awesome to people watch. Tiffani was great with communication.

Wonderful Stay

The condo was larger than I thought it would be. It was conveniently on the first floor and had an unexpected ocean view. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again. Thank you again for the lovely stay!

Great Stay Right Across From the Beach!

The unit was spacious and clean and easy to find. Tiffani was easy to communicate with and check in was easy. We did have to bring our linens or get an additional charge. Beach access is right across the street and very convenient.

Perfect Location

Looking for a specific location in Garden City and this was perfect. Great beach access, close to pier and Restaurant Row. Owner was so nice and helpful. Property clean, cool and very cute. Great mattress!

Vacation 2023

This is out second year staying in this condo. It's in a great location for shopping and for dining out. The beach is an easy, close walk away. The unit is clean and the mattress very comfortable. We will stay here again if it is available.

Excellent all the way around!

Tiffani is an excellent owner! Fantastic communiction, and she had to go out of her way to help us with some technical issues with the app, and did so with no hesitation! The condo was very clean, and well equipped. The kitchen had all of the necessary tools to cook or bake just about anything. I would say one thing, perhaps a few basic spices in the cabinet might be a nice add. Other than that, everything was there. Just add your groceries for the week! The beach is about 300 yards away when walking. There is a nice little deck on the unit that is good for 2 people. We would happily stay again!

First Family Vacation

This was our first vacation as a family of 3. This unit was the perfect size for us, also the first floor location was GREAT since we have a toddler! The condo was clean, organized and lovely. The pool was a nice size and also very clean! The location was PERFECT; literally cross the street and you were on the beach! Very quick drive to the Marsh Walk of Murrell's Inlet & less than a 30 minute drive to the bigger attractions like Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach and the Tanger Outlets. Tiffani went above and beyond in her communications with us and it is evident that she takes great pride in making sure you enjoy your stay! Honestly, I can't say enough great things about her and the condo! Only downfall was that parking is tight, and the lines on the spaces are difficult to see.

Amazing vacation!

I have nothing negative to say about the VRBO we stayed in. The owner was so responsive and helpful. As soon as we walked in I could tell that the cleaner took pride in their work. It smelled good in there and it was spotless. The bed was comfortable and the location was perfect for easy beach access and walks down to the pier to hear the bands and go fishing. The decor is simple and beautifully done. The locals that live at Whispering Sands were very nice as well. I can tell the owner Tiffani takes pride in her condo and doesn't take the "cheap way out" when it comes to cleaning and repairs. Everything worked perfectly. And everything she said would be there was there, such as the keys, the parking passes, working wifi, smart tv with apps, etc. Sadly our friends ended up renting room 204 in the B building with Joanne. Their experience was the exact opposite of ours. They walked in and it was filthy, out dated, leaking roof, filthy mattresses, no parking passes, no effort from the owner to make it a good experience. We paid the same amount and got two very different experiences. Some of the "locals" knew a lot of the issues with that unit, and they knew the owner of our room, and they had nothing but great things to say about Tiffani and felt sorry for our friends staying in Joannes room. Reviews are really important and I think everyone needs to know that you need to stay in Tiffani's rooms and stay far away from Joanne's rooms. Thank you Tiffani for an AMAZING vacation!!

The condo was clean, spacious and cutely decorated. It was right across the road from the beach, which was a huge plus. The parking lot is a little awkward, as the spaces are small. Overall I highly recommended this property.
