I liked this location. The surrounding area was beautiful. It was easy to get to St. George and other surrounding areas. All that being said, I probably won't be staying at a Southern Adobe rental in the future. They would not provide a garage door code even though there was a pin pad on the garage. It made it super inconvenient every time we left or arrived because we would have to back out or park temporarily in a narrow driveway, blocking other tenants in the process, run around the complex to open the garage, or run though the house and around after closing the garage. I've never experienced that before and when I asked about the code, I was refused and told I could only access the garage through the house.

For the protection and security of the home and homeowner, we are unable to change the garage door codes, so we do not provide garage codes or garage door openers to guests. We understand this may have been frustrating, especially with the shared parking areas and narrow driveway, and we appreciate you sharing your concerns. St George Thanksgiving getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We came to St George as a family for Thanksgiving and the property was well stocked in general, but especially for this trip, for cooking. The waffle maker and pancake/waffle mix was a nice surprise for our kiddos :) Management was accessible and accommodating.

So Great!

We loved our time here! The house was very clean, fully loaded with everything we could have needed. We decided last second to stay a few days longer and not only did we get a fast response through the app but we also got a personalized phone call to confirm. We will definitely be coming back!!

Great property to stay

Our stay at Washington was very pleasant! This property has everything you need and more. Very comfortable condo with all the amenities you can think of. It was clean and very well kept. Organization throughout the condo so you know exactly what goes where. The weather was really hot but there’s a community pool you can use to cool down in the hot afternoons. Location was great! We were doing lots of state parks and drove around but this was the best location for us. Overall very pleased!

Nice place

We loved the condo. It was super clean and decorated so cute. We struggled a little with the temperature. The lower level was chilly but the upper level too hot. And we appreciate the pool towels, pool key and pool rules but we didn’t even know where the pool was located nor did we realize that this outdoor pool was open in February until the night before we left. We wish we’d known it was opened and heated and where to find it because only a couple of us had a second to enjoy it.

Not our favorite rental. The master bed is uncomfortable and only a queen. It was difficult to keep the downstairs warm because the upstairs gets real hot. The location was good. Would be nice to have access to garage code. The pool and jacuzzi are nice. I would not rent here again

Had everything we needed.

7 of us (adults) came down for a mountain biking and UTVing trip (and we still had 3 empty beds) so it can absolutely fit 10 people. The Property management was amazing to work with every step of the way... even when my car damaged the garage they were polite, courteous, and understanding. All of my friends loved how spacious and nice it was. They commented a lot on that and how we had every type of dishware necessary to cook, grill, BBQ, and serve our whole party. They had a two car garage and plenty of other parking for us all. We were able to get two vehicles as well as all 7 bikes in the garage and the other 3 vehicles parked right out front. Another bonus is the location to Sand Hollow, Zion, and many of the hiking and biking trails.

Beautiful townhome

Townhome was awesome and it met all our needs. Super clean, comfy beds, plenty of space. Only complaints are the downstairs smells like the air fresheners they use in gas station bathrooms when you enter. I don’t know if it’s the cleaner used or an actual air freshener. Also the master bedroom was way too hot to sleep in but we rectified this the second night with the fan we found in one of the other bedroom closets. An extra fan and figuring out that smell would have made it the perfect stay!

Beautiful home for a family with children

Beautiful and extremely clean with a lot of amenities. Love that there is a garage so your vehicle can be protected from the elements.

The cleanest, most accurate listing we have ever stayed at. This place is managed to the 10th° and everything is supplied! Everything check in to check out was smooth!
