Enjoy the view of native birds, mallards, cranes, swans, Canadian geese, fish and turtles that love to come visit the back deck!


Bishop's Beach House is located in the South Side Section of Ocean Lakes, Site # 1757 Sharks Tooth Trail, on a quiet street, backing up to the Magnolia Lake Canal.


The Master Bedroom has a KING bed, chest of drawers, closet and tv.

2nd Bedroom has QUEEN bed, cabinets, drawers, closet and tv.

(Each bed has a protected covering over the mattresses)

(Potential of sleeping 4-5)

Both Showers

Also, an Outdoor Shower with cold & hot water



Fully equipped kitchen:
Dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glassware, coffee cups & cooking utensils

Two vehicle parking at house site.
{Ocean Lakes does have an Overflow Parking Area for extra vehicles, motorcycles and trailers. Motorcycles are not allowed on the streets in Ocean Lakes, but can be brought in on a trailer.


Linens are provided for:
King and Queen
{Pillows are furnished and a bed quilt}

Towels, washcloths and kitchen towels are furnished.


NOTE:
Our rates include all fees EXCEPT a $12.00 a day parking fee per vehicle to Ocean Lakes.


An Authorization before your arrival through Ocean Lakes is a great help. I will send you the information that they need in order to Register you and receive your Parking Pass via mail ahead of time.

Guest should always go through the Security Drive when entering and existing the resort.

You will also be sent a Letter via email.... including information about Door Code, Keys, Beach House, Shed & Golf Cart.



PLEASE NOTE:
Ocean Lakes is a family oriented community, we rent to families and responsible adults who fit that category only.

Any misrepresentation of your age or other information will result in immediate termination of the agreement and/or eviction without a refund.

Owners have been advised by Ocean Lakes Administration to strictly screen all inquiries.

A fine will be imposed if Horry County Police is called to my rental site for house parties, drunkenness, loud or vulgar language or theft, if renters are evicted or an arrest is made while renting.
NOTE: The Beach House Golf Cart IS NOT ALLOWED to go across the highway at anytime!!
