A very pleasant apartment with a cozy decoration, well kept and clean, on the pedestrian street La Hoya.

It is located on the first floor in a quiet building with 3 floors.

It consists of a living room with open kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. The front has a small balcony overlooking the pedestrian street La Hoya, and the back has a personal patio. It has a wooden laminate floor. The bedroom is located at the rear of the house (with no street, so very silent). The kitchen has vitro and the heater is electric.

The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, to make your stay enjoyable. Prices include cost of electricity and water as well as linen and towels as well as all utensils.

It is located very close to both the nice local beach of Playa de San Telmo with its historic Hermitage, the sea promenade, supermarkets, restaurants, the city center, etc. It is very central.

The famous Lago Martianez is at a walking distance of 6 minutes. Even closer, you will cross the free mini train that takes you to the famous Loro Parque.

The bus station is reached by foot in 13 minutes, but you can also choose to take a taxi (they are cheap here). You will find the taxi stop close by at the end of the street.

Die Wohnung ist super. Es hat mich sehr gefreut Erica kennen gelernt zu haben. Wir kommen auf jeden fall wieder.

Nous avons eu un très bon accueil d'Erica ,très sympathique, que nous pouvions appeler si nécessaire . Appartement agréable, propre,avec le nécessaire comme vaisselle, assez pour des vacances.Il se trouve dans une ruelle passante la journée mais calme la nuit. Le petit point négatif c'est qu'il manque un peu de luminosité .Des voilages pour la journée et un rideau occultant pour le soir quand nous allumons la lumière seraient les bienvenus pour la fenétre du salon car vis à vis avec l'immeuble d'en face. Cela fait 12 ans que nous venons à Puerto ,nous avons essayé plusieurs hotels et locations et celle-ci fait partie des locations que je réserverai sans problème.

Wir sind gerne in diesem Apartment. Die Lage ist super, es ist ruhig, alles vorhanden. Eine Frühstücksbar gegenüber, der Supermarkt 5 Minuten entfernt. Zum Baden 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Was will man mehr! Wir kommen wieder.

Gut gelegenes Apartment

Wie schon andere Bewohner gesagt haben, fanden wir auch, dass die Beschreibung sich eng an die Wirklichkeit anlehnt. Die Wohnung ist sehr günstig gelegen, aber nicht laut. Die Einrichtung ist funktional, ein wenig mehr Geschirr könnte hilfreich sein, das ist aber unproblematisch. Die Terrasse mit der Nachmittagssonne ist sehr angenehm, vielleicht wäre eine Sonnenliege ganz nett. Frau van Nood ist sehr engagiert, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Helmut

Beautiful location

Puerto de la Cruz is a beautiful town. The location of the flat is great, in the middle of a pedestrian street near the seafront and lots of restaurants, shops and cafés. The flat was clean but very basic and cold in the middle of winter. Luckily we brought our own electric heater, otherwise we would not have been able to sit in the dining area, especially in the evening and at night.

Ferienwohnung in 1A-Lage

Mitten im Geschehen und trotzdem sehr ruhig, liegt die Ferienwohnung im Fußgängerbereich. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es keine Lokalität, die nach 19 Uhr noch geöffnet ist. Und trotzdem ist alles (Supermarket, die Promenade, Cafe' s, Restaurationen, das Meer, Busstationen und Taxistände) in Minutenschnelle zu erreichen. Man ist aber zwischendurch immer mal wieder schnell "zu Hause". Eine Superlage! Wir haben zu zweit 4 Wochen in der Wohnung verbracht und uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Die Betreuung durch Frau van Nood war unauffällig, jedoch immer erreichbar. Wir kommen sicherlich auf diese Wohnung zurück, weil es einfach toll war. Angelika und Wolfgang

Ein erholsamer, gelungener Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen, die Aufteilung der Zimmer usw. Sie liegt in einer Fußgängerzone, die abends ruhig ist, zentral, nahe bei Strand und Bädern. Für uns zwei Erwachsene war sie ideal, alles vorhanden, alles hat funktioniert. Das Haus ist nicht hellhörig, von den anderen Mietern hat man kaum etwas gehört. Wir haben uns drei Wochen lang wohlgefühlt.

Nette FeWo in tolle Lage

Die Anlage entspricht genau den Angaben und es fehlt an nichts. Sowohl für einen Kurzurlaub als auch für längere Zeit super geeignet. Die Lage ist top. Strand und Stadtzentrum ist nah. Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Eine gute Entscheidung

Die Wohnung war so eingerichtet wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Alles sehr sauber, die Frau van Nood wie immer sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir hatten uns wegen dem Preis für die Wohnung entschieden und würden wieder mieten. Mitten in der Stadt bedeutet auch Trubel, aber im Schlafzimmer ist dann Stille. Geschlafen haben wir gut auf Grund der guten Matrazen. Auch das ausklappbare Schlafsofa hat eine gute Matraze. Die Ausstattung der Küche war gut bis sehr gut. Die Lage ist ideal, zentrumsnah aber nicht mitten auf dem Hauptplatz. Ein paar Schritte zum Wasser und ein paar Schritte zum Einkauf. Supermarkt und kleine Läden ausreichend in der Nähe und vor der Tür. Also: Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut.

Zentral und schön in Fußgängerzone gelegen

Zu dritt (zwei Erwachsene und ein Baby) haben wir uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Fußgängerzone und dennoch ruhig. Sie ist voll ausgestattet. Um die Wohnung herum gibt es alles was man braucht: Supermarkt, Cafes, Meer in laufnahe. Ein Baby-Bett wurde ohne Umstände bereitgestellt. Reibungsloser Ablauf bei Ankunft und Abfahrt. Alles in allem: top!

Urlaub mit 2 Kindern, eine Gehminute vom Meer

Unser Aufenthalt im Apartment neben San Telmo hätte nicht besser sein können. Zur Wohnung: Es war alles da was man braucht! Die Küche voll ausgestattet, sogar mit Backofen und einem richtig großen Kühlschrank inklusive Eisfach! Im Wohnzimmer gab es eingemütliches Sofa, welches zum Schlafen ganz einfach aufgeklappt werden konnte. Die beiden Betten im Schlafzimmer waren gemütlich und die Vermieterin war so aufmerksam uns von sich aus ein Babyreisebett zur Verfügung zu stellen (wir reisten mit 2 Kindern, 3 und 5 Jahre). Die vorhandene Bettwäsche und Handtücher hatten eine gute Qualität und waren sauber! Insgesamt war die Wohnung sehr sauber und gepflegt, vor allem auch ruhig und trotzdem zentral gelegen. Nach hinten heraus gab es eine Terrasse, auf der man wunderbar die Sonne bei einer schönen Tasse Nachmittagskaffee genießen konnte. Der Balkon zur Strasse war eher klein und wir haben ihn während des Aufenthaltes nicht genutzt. Wir hatten sehr warme Temperaturen und die Wohnung war trotzdem sehr angenehm kühl. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und unkompliziert, stand uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Wir fühlten und herzlich willkommen und werden ganz sicher nochmal wieder kommen! Herzlichen Dank!

Close to the action,but still quite

The apartment was in an ideal location only 2 minutes from the sea,bars and eating places,but still quite with a small balcony for people watching.Inside the apartment it had all mod cons full cooker,microwave, washing machine.it was very clean and easy to look after.A great place to stay and I am sure I will again in the future.

very good

Very nice apartment, facilities very good,but could benefit from new pillows.For long term stayers(we were there 3 months)to keep really clean would need a vacuum cleaner as it gets very dusty in there.Otherwise we were very pleased and would reccommend it

Schönes, zentrales Apartmant

Unser Urlaub in diesem Apartment hat uns gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war modern, sehr ruhig und sauber. Der fehlende Wasserkocher wurde umgehend vom Vermieter gebracht. Leider fehlt eine Garderobe um Jacken etc. kurz aufzuhängen. Über das Sateliten-TV waren sämtliche deutsche Sender zu empfangen. Die Lage des Apartments war ideal, da alle Geschäfte in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar waren. Die Wohnung ist auf alle Fälle empfehlenswert.

We stayed several times in Puerto, this appartement met the description and our expectations, so one of the best we booked.Located central, but quiet Facilities as described , service perfect. Nice terrace for outdoor brekfast/lunch also balcony useful for coffee/drink in spanish ambiente. Even outdoor furniture partly broken, needed to be replaced. Overall a recommendable place, offers all to spend a nice and relaxing holiday
