Enjoyed this cabin!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at this cabin numerous times and always have a great time. Enjoyed the quiet, the creek and watching the deer. Our pups love it too. It’s situated between Blue Ridge and Ellijay. We enjoy going in to Ellijay shopping and trying all the great restaurants. Sliding Rock staff as always is there when if you need them and couldn’t be nicer. We will ne back!

We absolutely loved her this cabin. It was everything we were looking for. On the water, near town but out of the way. Definitely hope to stay here again

Secluded nice cabin but not for older renters or small children

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin itself . Loved the screened porch and the fact that the area was completely fenced for the safety of our 2 dogs . The stream outside was very peaceful. I would not recommend this for older renters . Very tough terrain to get to the cabin and the area around the cabin . I would not recommend for older renters or small children . Also for the most part it was clean but noticed some areas may have been overlooked . WiFi was not always reliable . We chose to leave early due to bad weather coming in and I think it would have been difficult to get out and maybe possible flooding .

This property was VERY pet friendly! The scenery was picturesque and the sound of the stream outside was hypnotic. My only complaint is that we didn’t stay long enough. Highly recommend this cabin to others and would love to come back again soon.

Quiet time next to flowing stream

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Quiet little cabin of flowing stream. to The printed direction we were encouraged to follow rather than GPS were incorrect. Finally we used GPS and it got us there.

Hi Linda, I'm sorry you had trouble finding the cabin and glad GPS worked for you. We double checked the directions sent and they are correct. Relaxing Retreat

We loved this place. It was a relaxing retreat. All you have to bring is food, clothes and a good book. The cabin has everything else that you need to relax and enjoy nature.

Rustic and Quaint

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I'll admit, when we were driving up, I was very hesitant. It was definitely more rustic and out of the way than I expected, but being right on the river was a saving grace. The house had everything we needed and we definitely utilized the hot tub and fire pit/place every night. I wish we'd brought our dog, he would have loved it! It's kind of remote so we would eat out for lunch and try to cook or eat leftovers for dinner since there's nothing close to the cabin and we didn't want to drive down the roads in the dark.

Wonderful weekend getaway

The property was perfect. Slept with the sounds of the creek. We loved the little fenced area to let the dogs out. It was very convenient for hiking. We would definitely come back!

Lovely cabin

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It’s tucked away from other cabins (although you will see a road on the other end of the creek that gets a moderate amount of traffic driving by from other cabins), incredibly dog friendly, and very close driving distance to all the activities at Blue Ridge and Ellijay. The cabin itself is cozy and has all the amenities that you could need for a stay. The hot tub, grill, and outdoor fire pit were our personal favorites. Thank you again for a great getaway!

Amazing place!

March 2023 Stay

cabin was super cute..just what we needed to recharge... The road was no joke getting in to the cabin Lol it was a bit rainy and drainage was an issue in the dog yard... but they loved being able to come and go all around the deck... Beautiful area.. the creek was amazing.. would have loved an easier way to get down to the water..but it was a little chilly anyways... overall a great experience...
