On a fantastic location, at the end of a no trough road stands this unique holiday home in Rauris. Its peaceful location makes it unique and the panoramic views of rugged hills magical.

For some skiing fun you can go to Rauris (8 km) by car (with skid chains). Behind Rauris-Wörth there is a true cross-country skiing paradise called the Seidwinkltal. The Rauris Valley is also perfect for making long walks (all levels). If you want a cosy more crowded area, you can go to Zell am See or St. Johann im Pongau.

The house is an old farmhouse which has been completely renovated on the inside with lots of authentic wood. The house is simply furnished but of a good standard and very cosy. The living room is truly gigantic andlove;y wooden beams and the cosy Austrian seating areas are the finishing touch on this property.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
