Quay House is an imposing and very spacious, Grade 2 Listed, three storey Georgian townhouse, fully refurbished and refurnished in 2015/2016 to a very high standard that can accommodate up to 15 people.



It has a magnificent Kitchen & Dining room enabling 15 guests to enjoy eating and drinking in a spacious and characterful room with chandeliers, original artwork and patio doors out onto the patio area. Within the kitchen we have provided everything you would need to cater for 15 guests. With a full height free standing side by side fridge / freezer, coffee making machine, microwave, feature range double oven with 6 burner gas hob, dishwasher, and washing machine with dryer facility. Large Kitchen island with ample storage. A character lounge with bay windows and festoon blinds and quality furnishings creates a welcome area for 15 guests to relax in total comfort. A large Samsung TV is provided complimented by Virgin Media package for your total home from home experience. An inset wood-burner makes it ideal for winter weekend getaways. Views are onto the rear garden.







The large secure garden has a 4-6 person hot tub, barbecue, patio, seating and tables for up to 15 people and a climbing frame for the children. We also welcome dogs here (max 3). There is a brick shed in the front of the property for storage of bicycles, fishing tackle etc.



Due to the terms of our planning consent as a holiday home, Hen and Stag parties are not permitted. House rules also dictate that eating and drinking outside on the terrace must by completed by 11pm. Loud music is not to be played after this time outside. If inside it is asked that windows and doors are closed.



There is car parking for up to 4 cars at the property; in addition there is a public car parking nearby.



For larger groups why not combine with our adjoining Quay Corner, then up to 25 guests can be accommodated and we give a 5% discount for multiple bookings.



There is a £500 refundable security deposit to ensure against damage.

£60 Cleaning fee.

There is a 4 - 6 person hot tub available to hire at £325 for the weekend or midweek break and £400 for a week stay.

Pets are charged at £40 each per stay

Towels and bed linen included

High chairs, stairgates and travel cots supplied on request - please, bring your own cot bedding.

Charcoal barbecue available, please bring your own coals.

First basket of logs free then £7.50 a bag thereafter.


A wonderful Welcome pack is provided including a bottle of Prosecco, New Forest Spring Water locally produced Tutti Fruity Jam, Biscuits, Milk, Tea & Coffee*. Also a discount Go New Forest card to be used locally which can provide discounts when used with participating businesses. * Contents may vary.



Bookings are Friday to Friday for 7 night stays, Friday to Monday for weekend stays, and Monday to Friday for mid-week stays.
