- 1 bedroom with double bed (12m2, communicating with the children's bedroom)
- 1 children's room with 2 single beds + games room / DVD
- 1 bathroom (sink)
- 1 WC

This place will be ideal for spending holidays with family or friends, quiet and will allow you to access many activities on foot (departure by boat for the Glénans Islands, ferry for crossing to Sainte-Marine, nautical center, port of boating, beaches, cinema, spa, casino ...).
From Bénodet, you can quickly reach the main tourist sites of South Finistère (Concarneau, Pointe de la Torche, Quimper, Pointe de Trévignon, Pont-Aven, Locronan, Crozon ...)

The rent includes bed linen and beds made on arrival. We offer the option of paying the rental of bathroom linen (10 € / person), to be specified when booking.

IMPORTANT NOTE: following numerous abuses, we no longer offer an end-of-stay cleaning option. The cleaning must therefore be done by the tenant at the end of the stay (vacuuming, undoing the beds, grouping together all the bathroom / bed linen in one room, emptying the dishwasher, putting away the dishes, emptying the trash cans and empty the fridge). In the event of a house being returned in poor condition, a lump sum of € 90 to € 150 may be deducted from the deposit.
