Large totally renovated home in Weir’s Beach, ready for your vacation! Next door to our VRBO property 2831428 that sleeps 7, so large groups can book both homes at the same time if available. This home sleeps 11: spacious master with queen bed, 2nd bedroom with queen bed, 3rd bedroom with twin bunk bed, 4th bedroom with full size bed; first floor living room has a self-inflating queen air mattress. Fold-up twin bed available for use on either floor. All new large kitchen- great for family cooking, new appliances. Dining table for 8 plus seating for up to 7 at counter in same area. New furnishings throughout, plus games, books and foosball table! 3 full baths (2 on 2nd floor, 1 on 1st). View seasonal fireworks from the large outdoor back deck with table, chairs, gas grill; outdoor games. Cute large covered side porch for those rainy days or just to enjoy morning coffee. Large yard for kids to play, firepit, outdoor games. Loads of paved parking for boat, trailer, cars. Enjoy live indoor and outdoor music from venues around corner. Pond Hockey Classic Weekend!

This is a beautiful home with a large kitchen/dining room area to gather with friends. Plenty of beds, rooms and bathrooms. Fully stocked with whatever you may need. We had an amazing weekend! Thank you for sharing yoru home with us!

Perfect stay

House had everything we needed and the location was perfect. We loved sitting by the fire and listening to the bands on Weirs. The extra yard space and privacy was perfect for our family!

Great Place and Host!

Our group had a great time at this property! The house was clean, spacious, and had a nice open floor plan so everyone in our group could interact with one another. The host, Christine, did an excellent job of being communicative and helping us in the weeks leading up to our stay. I would highly recommend this space to anyone looking to vacation in the area!

Great living space!

We had a great time in the house, and the owners could not have been more helpful. Everything was clean, the owners were flexible with check-in/check-out timing, and communication was great throughout.

Family had a great time

The house was perfect for our two families. The house was in a perfect location with great activities for the kids around the corner at Weir's beach and others a short drive away. The living area was open and worked very well for all of us to hang-out comfortably.

Would 100% return!! Amazing spot.

This was our friend group’s first time in the area and this property is the exact place you want to stay. Walking distance from everything you could want out of Weirs beach, spacious/cozy/clean house, and the host was accommodating and so incredibly kind! Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation home rental. Everything was perfect!

Great stay and overall experience

House was well-equipped, communication with owners was excellent, and we had a great stay. If you want to be in downtown Weirs Beach this is the place to stay as it is literally a 3min walk to get to arcade area and eateries, or perhaps a 10min walk to the beach. Thank you!

Beautiful Home!

Our stay was wonderful. Christine is the perfect hostess, responsive, accommodating and above all prepared! Anything you may need is available. She even gave excellent suggestion for the area on where to eat and what to do! Hit up zip lining at Gunstock nearby, the kids loved it!

Best place by the lake

The house was amazing! There were so many included details that helped make our stay incredible- the wagon, the fire pit, the foosball table! The first thing everyone said when they walked in was how great the house was and how impressed they were that I found it! The house was clean, Christine was responsive, and they had everything we could need in the perfect location.

Beautiful Home

We had a great time in the Weirs Beach area. This home was only 15 mins from Gunstock and close to several restaurants & shops. Our family of 4 had more than enough room to spread out. We'd love to come back in the summer - the home is so close to Weirs Beach and would make for a great summer vacation.

Great house, great location

Charming older, very clean and well equipped home. You can always tell when an owner is thoughtful about the guest experience - this is definitely one of those owners! Literally right around the corner from all that Weirs Beach has to offer. My teens and their friends had a blast hanging out at the beach, arcades, pier, etc...

Awesome!

We had a great time. The location is perfect for the Weirs experience. Very close to all the lakeside activities. The house is very nice and we had fun playing foosball and games while we weren’t at the beach. The host was great to deal with and they also have a house next door we rented which is very nice as well. Highly recommended if you’re going to Winnepausakee!

Great location and lots of character!

The house is very nicely updated downstairs. A good set-up with plenty of space for small groups. Great location, right near Weirs Beach! The hosts and manager of the property are both extremely communicative and fast to respond to any messages. The bathrooms and heating system could use some updating. Overall a wonderful stay - Thank you to Christine, Wade, and Karen for everything!!

Weir’s Beach

We had a great stay at Christine and Wade’s house. The house was clean and organized. The location was downtown walking distance to the whole beach center. We had 5 adult children and several of their significant others and there was plenty of room. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Bill & Karen

Great Place for a Winter Weekend

Working with the property owner and manager was smooth and easy. They were friendly and prompt with communication in the weeks leading up to and during our stay. There is ample space to keep skis/snowboards and the open layout on the first floor is great for larger groups. We were able to walk to some bars/restaurants. It’s also a close drive to grocery stores. For those who prefer firm mattresses, the selection of beds was limiting, but I was able to find a comfortable one. We would definitely stay here again and check it out for a summer trip!

Charming Home, Great Location

Loved our stay at Christine and Wade's home in Weirs Beach. The home is just as pictured. They did an amazing job restoring and modernizing it. It has a great layout, updated kitchen that is great to cook in, stocked with everything you need, and can't beat the location. It's a quick walk to the beach and boardwalk and has a perfect yard for a fire pit or a game of wiffle ball or frisbee. Traveled with four teenage girls who enjoyed the space and location also. Quick drive to get to Shaws to pick up food and a great brewery in Meredith called Twin Barns. It was our first time visiting Lake Winnipesaukee and we are so glad this was our home base for our stay.

Ski weekend

We had a great stay at Christine’s place. Her home has a great downstairs common area with an open layout that is so nice for cooking and hanging out with friends. Communication was great and Christine went out of her way to return a watch that was left behind by someone in our party. Only complaint is that the heating was very uneven, with one bedroom being very hot and another very cold (and only one thermostat control for the home).

Great location especially for summer

An older home that’s been remodeled which is charming for those of us that love older homes. If you are a light sleeper, just know that the steps and floor creak with every step. Everyone in our group remembers those days as kids and going to a grandmothers house with wood floors. We could tell everyone good night from our own rooms. Just like the Waltons (iykyk). Two of the bathrooms are a bit small. Again it’s part of the era of home. One suggestion I have is a small bedside table or stand in the rooms that don’t have those. Added bonus was the apple tree was ready and picked a few. The location is perfect to enjoy the Weirs Beach area in the summer. It’s definitely walking distance to the waterfront. Even in October there was a lot of activity that went on later in the evening. You can definitely hear all the fun going on on the Main Street. So again if you are a light sleeper, take ear plugs.

Awesome house and location

My family and I stayed here July 17-24 2022. The location was great, close to the boardwalk ,beach, restaurants and stores. The pictures don't do the space justice. The kitchen is huge and well equipped, the dining and livingroom are also well laid out. We did not feel crowded even when all 11 of us were in the house. The front porch, back deck and fire pit were all great spaces as well. The beds upstairs were all comfortable except the bunk beds, they could definitely use better mattresses. If it is just young light weight kids sleeping on them they would probably be ok, but I slept on the bottom bunk and it was very uncomfortable. I would have slept on the pull out queen sofa but when we went to set it up there was tape across it saying "DO NOT USE, DO NOT USE, DO NOT USE". The legs appear to be broken. So that was a bit of a disappointment since it is listed as one of their queen beds available. There were plenty of beach towels but only one bath towel & wash cloth for each guest for the whole week. There is a very nice washer and dryer available, but it would have been nice not to have to wash towels daily. I believe it says there are enough beach chairs, but we could only find 2. It worked out because 8 of use drove there and brought our own chairs. My mom recommends a clothes line to hang wet suits and beach towels. The internet would randomly cut out, which wasn't an issue for us but might be for anyone who might have to work while there. The biggest issue we had was the refrigerator wasn't working. Thankfully their rental, next door was empty and we put our food over there. A new refrigerator was delivered on Tuesday, but someone had to be there and wait for delivery, it changed our family plans for the day. We also had a problem with the junction box in the attic and lost AC and light and the two bedrooms on the south side of the house. We were able to run extension cords until the problem was fixed. But again it required someone being there. Chistine was VERY responsive with trying to get these issues fixed as quickly as possible. She lives in another state and wasn't able to come and deal with the issues directly. I was given a very small refund for our inconvenience. We all feel that having a property manager, close by, to deal with issues at her rentals would been ideal. Overall we LOVED our vacation there. We would all go back and recommend staying there

Awesome home near Weirs Beach

We stayed in Christine’s home for a bachelorette weekend and it was great. The house was clean and spacious, with a plethora of items for our use which was very convenient! This home is a very short walk to Weirs Beach and the pier, which was beneficial and allowed for us to not travel by car much this weekend. This is one of the best rentals I have been in and would stay again.

When we first walked the area around this house we loved the quaint cottages. We easily made our way to the beautiful lake, sat on the boardwalk, and saw all sorts of activity in town. This house had a comforting feel to it inside, a large yard and "barn". It was on a street that was just a touch away from the main activities. We could still hear the local music playing in the backyard! It was all so enjoyable. We were new to reno work, so we dove in and started to update this 1940's cottage to keep the charm, but to make it new again. At one point it had been converted to a duplex and we wanted to revert it to the original floor plan. We now have photos in a booklet at the house depicting some of the undertakings that we did and finding nice surprises of gorgeous original fir and oak floors!
