The airy dining room is filled with large windows showcasing views and there is a large dining room table which provides seating for 8! Take in the gorgeous mountain views from the spacious front deck to enjoy throughout the day as well as a sunroom in the front with vast brand new windows and sliding glass doors.

When entering the home, you are welcomed by the living room and the first wing of the house which has 4 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have queen beds, 1 has a full/twin bunk bed, and the master bedroom has a king! The living room sofa is a couch bed! There are smart TV's in 3 out of the 4 bedrooms in this home along with a large smart TV in the living room. Go past the living room game table and past the half bath and you arrive at the open concept kitchen, dining room, and sunroom! The airy dining room is filled with large windows showcasing views and there is a large dining room table which provides seating for 8! Take in the gorgeous mountain views from the spacious front deck right off the kitchen to enjoy throughout the day as well as a sunroom in the front with vast brand new windows and sliding glass doors.The fully stocked kitchen includes dishes, plate-ware, cookware, and every utensil you will need to cook during your stay. Please take note below in the "Important things to know section about the Ice machine and Oven".

***There are 3 vacation rentals on this property. This is the large main home which is connected to an addition that has an upstairs and downstairs apartment units that are also vacation rentals. There is no access to the other units inside the home. They each unit have their own private and separate entrances.

Shared Fire-Pit:
You are welcome to use the shared fire pit in the middle of the circle driveway. It is a shared space between the other vacation rentals on the property. You will need to bring your own camping chairs, lighter, and wood.

Charcoal Grill:

There is a charcoal grill right outside the glass sliding doors off the kitchen. You will need to bring your own charcoal, starter, and lighters. Please clean the grate after you use it!

Lady Bugs:
You may see some lady bugs in the home. Majority of the homes in this area have them. To stay ahead of this we are on preventative monthly pest control maintenance for all of our properties. Unfortunately they are still VERY hard to get rid of! Thankfully, they are harmless! But please know you will most likely see ladybugs in the home during your stay.

DRIVEWAY: This property sits up on top of a hill! There is a fairly steep asphalt driveway that leads to the top! Any normal passenger vehicle should be able to make it to the home with no problems but 4x4 or all-wheel drive is recommended during icy conditions in the winter time.

Weather and Outages:
As advertised, there will be no refunds in the unlikely circumstance that there is a power outage during your stay or if the weather is not cooperating. We do not have any control over the weather or outages caused by nature! We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance to be preventative in case something happens and you need to cancel.
