It can accommodate 6 people, with its 3 bedrooms, with 2 beds in 90/200 or 1 bed in 180/200, each bedroom having its private bathroom.
On the ground floor, the fully equipped kitchen (including Nespresso * coffee maker), living room and lounge (TV 140cm), approximately 42m²
Also, a WC with washbasin and a laundry room (washing machine / dryer)
Outside, garden furniture, parasol, BBQ, deckchairs / deckchairs
On the 1st floor, a WC with washbasin, two bedrooms with adjoining shower room
On the 2nd floor, a large bedroom and its adjoining shower room, with WC.
On arrival, 2 deposit checks will be required: one of € 800 for the gîte and the other of € 80 for cleaning
