Mobile home rental at the 4-star Siblu campsite, Lake of dreams, which is located 33 Hectares, which is located in Lattes, near Montpellier, Carnon, Palavas, La Grande Motte.  

DESCRIPTION OF THE CAMPSITE:

The campsite has a grocery store (press, lottery), a music bar, restaurant, a snack bar (open only for the high season)
At the reception you can find board games, books.

Heated outdoor pool, with a swimming pool and a paddling pool.
Whirlpool, Slide and outdoor sliding track. As well as inflatable structures. (according to the activity schedule.)

Children's club from 1 year to 18 years old.
Swimming court, aqua fitness, water polo, fitness classes, pilates, archery, pump track, multi-sports ground basketball, football, handball, tennis, billiards, golf, mini golf, pétanque, ping pong and a room arcade.
Leisure structure for children, including a double zip line, 2 giant trampolines, and a slack line.   
Bike renting.  

Evening entertainment: Karaoke, shows, pool party, foam party, camping mascots.

FREE WIFI AVAILABLE AT THE BAR AND RESTAURANT.

Mobile home, 40m2 air-conditioned with covered terrace, all comfort, quiet location at the entrance of the campsite. Possibility to park 2 to 3 cars,

EQUIPPED KITCHEN: oven, hob, fridge / freezer, kettle, coffee maker, tassimo, microwave, complete kitchen utensil, washing machine, iron, toaster ect
Household products will be provided to you.

LIVING ROOM: Tv (flat screen), convertible corner sofa, table with 4 chairs.
Including 2 international sockets.

THE ROOMS:
A parental bedroom with its bathroom and private toilet.
And two bedrooms with two single beds. (i.e. 4 beds)
Pillows, duvets and sheets are provided.
As well as another bathroom and another separate wc.

OUTSIDE:
Garden furniture, (2 tables, 10 chairs), deckchairs, parasol, new gas barbecue, new 2WD adults, clothes line ect

To access the activities, obligatory fun passes are the responsibility of the tenants. (2 adult fun pass offered for two weeks of consecutive rental).
from € 20 to € 40 for adults and from € 10 to € 20 for children. (With a 20% reduction if you go by myself)

RENTAL CONDITIONS:
Rental under contract, 30% deposit at time of booking.
A deposit check of 600 € (not cashed) and another of 70 € for cleaning (also not cashed)
