Great house on a beautiful lake with plenty of outdoor spaces.

The property and area are fantastic. Yosemite National Park is close by and the Lake where the property is located has plenty of activities to do. The house is great and has plenty of room for a large family.

Amazing lakehouse

The house was beautiful and the outdoor area with multiple decks leading up to the lake was amazing! The lake was perfect too! This was the perfect site for our group’s retreat! Would definitely come here again!

Ideal Property For Multi-generational Family Gathering

We had a wonderful time. The house has plenty of room for our group of 24. Lots of deck space and seating areas for us to spread out. Best of all the location on the lake was perfect with a dock to swim from and plenty of Kayaks/row boat to enjoy the lake. Bedrooms were spacious and clean. The owners were fantastic and super responsive to all questions we had.

Large beautiful house.

This was a wonderful place to spend a week with a large group - the home comfortably housed our family of twenty. The lake access is wonderful with multiple decks and gorgeous views. A large outdoor table allowed the whole group to eat dinner together - many fond memories from this trip. Thank you.

Men’s Retreat

Our stay here outweighed my expectations. The house was very well kept. All the amities listed were in place. The location was ideal for our event. We utilized the activities offered (swimming, boating and fishing). We will definitely use this property again.

Pine Mountain lake

We absolutely recommend staying at this property! It is beautiful and the location Perfect! The numerous decks down below next to the lake were ideal. The home was clean and bright! And stocked perfectly with anything you need! Even had numerous beach towels and linens- great air conditioning!! We plan to come back next year! Also, Natalya was the best! She’d respond to questions immediately and even told us when the house was ready so we could check in early! All around wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

Charles was the worse traveler ever. I spend a lot of time helping him to get this travel arrangement heppend. He could not provide me with basic info in order to get him passes to enter community. He rented house with 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. VRBO showing another sleeping area of our property as sleeping room number 9. It's not a bedroom. He did not follow any rules in connection to my property. He did damage my bed. He called and admitted himself and then when I purchased another bed in order to provide bedroom to next traveler he was very upset that I hold money from his security deposit. He also make numerous dents on my new refrigerator. Now I have to replace door and drawer there. Him and his guest except one olderly women cover every possible and not possible surface with greasy stuff. They almost drawn our kayak. They destroy 7 out of 10 cutting boards. They manage to insert grill from BBQ to Bosch oven and scratch paint of inside of the oven. They stole remote from Roku. They left a lot of garbage behind even policy for house allow one bag for each day of staying. I am getting charged by garbage company for each bag they left behind. They also left faucet in shower upstairs broken. We had cleaning crew for 3 days cleaning mess he left.

Beautiful house on the water

We rented this property as accommodations for my extended family so they would be close by for our wedding at PML. The house is so beautiful and had plenty of beds and room for the group of 13 to be comfortable. The owners had it decorated so nicely for Christmas so my family felt very much at home. We had an issue with the guests violating one of the house rules, but the owners were very understanding and dealt with the situation in a professional and compassionate manner. Very impressive! The only issue that my family had was concern over the steepness of the driveway combined with freezing temperatures. There were no issues however, and everything worked out great. They loved the house, the view and the fact that they could walk to our wedding.

Kristine and JT very good customers. We were so happy to have them as guests. They had wedding and needed additional house for there guests. I am so happy that two people who loves each other together as one happy family. Happy New Year. Hope to have guests like them.

Large, spacious lakefront property

Overall, the house was good, it accommodated 33 people and had many different hangout spots so everyone got ample space. On top of that all ages were entertained for 2-3 days without leaving the house!

Great Lake front house with an interesting structure

Just spent a great July 4th weekend at PML with friends and family. The fireworks and lake boating activities are fantastic! The lake front house is a special treat for all. Three kayaks and a rolling boat worked great after cleaning. The house is large with interesting internal structure, easy for little kids to get lost. The many stairs might be challenging for aging parents. The steep driveway in front the street to the house is a bit challenging for most drivers. Overall had a great time over the long weekend.

Super nice property, location, amenities

We had an amazing time here. The house is very very nicely done and had amazing views and places to hang out on and sit with friends and family. There is a huge balcony on main floor, with plenty of comfortable seating and even a full size dining table. It had a retractable canopy so we could use it even when the sun was hot. There are lots of spaces to sit around on outside and inside the house, even near the water next to the dock. The amenities were simply amazing. Well appointed kitchen with top of the line equipment and pots and pans and coffee machines and everything you may need to make your stay wonderful. There are plenty of extra blankets and throws, and even few extra folding beds that the kids wanted to use so all of them can sleep (stay awake) together in one big room. They even had small canoes and kayaks and life jackets and oars and everything you need to get on the water. Adults and kids everyone loved it and had a blast. Will definitely mark it as a favorite to book again.

Pine Mountain Lake on the Lake

This property is fantastically re-done. We celebrated an 80th birthday, and had amenities for all ages. If you're looking for a property that can house several families, I'd recommend it. If looking to pamper your smaller group, it's excellent. Plenty of beds & bathrooms and all recently re-done. Large gathering spaces with deck area for relaxing, and the lake water temperature was right for heat or cool. Easy hour drive to valley floor, and great retreat with good grocery store in Groveland. Thanks for accommodating our family, Natalya.

Great Experience

Fantastic house for a large group, located right on the lake. Very well stocked kitchen and bedrooms. Plenty of board games to entertain the group. Owner also has Kayak’s which the renter can use and plenty of life jackets for the group to jump in to the lake. Only negative is that air conditioning did not work in few of the rooms.

Great lake house for large groups

We had an amazing four days at this lake house. The house fit our group of 18 very easily with lots of space for the adults and kids. The house is well furnished and provided for an easy, yet cozy stay. The private dock on the lake provides for hours of enjoyment - kayaking, swimming, fishing, etc. We hope to visit again!
