Housing :
New independent villa, including a large bedroom, a living room with kitchen area and a lounge area (with a sofa bed 2 places), a large bathroom with shower and toilet, another space on the mezzanine with 2 sofa beds 140 and adjoining WC. The house of large volumes has a beautiful lighting, bay window in the living room, overlooking the park.
Equipment :
Air conditioning + heating. New equipment (April 2017), brand new bedding 160 cm from the large bedroom. Washing machine available in a separate room, dedicated. Wi-Fi from the owner (other villa next door). Astra satellite TV. Second TV set with DVD player (not connected to an antenna).
In the kitchen: Induction hob, Electric oven, Microwave oven. Extractor hood. Dishwasher . Fridge . Coffee maker. Electric kettle.
Kitchen linen provided. Towels provided (except swimming towels for the pool).
Possibility to provide an umbrella bed (guests will bring the travel mattress and bed linen for baby). Bed linen is provided for other beds.
Traveler Access:
Our guests will stay in their own villa with independent entrance. They will have access to their private terrace, the large pool of owners, the summer kitchen under cover (with plancha, gas stove ...) at the forest table and barbecue area. The large spaces will allow everyone to enjoy the places in complete privacy. The owners living in another villa on site, will be discreet. Access to the property through an automated portal (opening with remote control). Several places to park inside the park.
Exchanges with travelers:
The owners will listen to their guests and guide them to the exceptional sites of our region.
Other remarks:
Near the center of the village of Jouques (about 3 kilometers) your home is quiet. It is not located in a subdivision.
Provencal market in the village on Sunday morning.
Near all shops as well as doctors, pharmacy, nursing practices ...
You will live your holidays or weekends in a beautiful and large property where you will be in harmony with nature.
Children are welcome. They will be under the supervision of parents or adults (pool, forest, pond, stairs ...) they will respect the green areas (flowers, planting and decorations)
- This accommodation, of course, is not suitable for turbulent children, a lot of interior and exterior decoration, steep terrain (presenting risks for children not supervised by adults)
Swimming pool :
Pool maintenance is done by the owners. The swimming pool is usable from 10:30 am, until 19:00. It is closed depending on weather (thunderstorms ...) and around the end of October to the end of March (depending on temperature). Presence of an alarm.
