LAKEFRONT LUXURY 3 STORY home is on the point of Soda Bay - in Kelseyville! Property is Located halfway between Lakeport and the town of Clear Lake.
The house is located on the lake in Kelseyville with over 10 wineries and 16, easy to hard, hiking trails (refer to our Soda Bay Point Lodge welcome binder for more details about our local wineries and hiking trails)
Property has a 180-degree spectacular panoramic view of the lake, mountains, sky and wildlife right off the 2 stories of lake front decks. Lounge on our outdoor sofa on the top deck or hang out on the lower deck in one of the chaise lounges, play cards or enjoy a BBQ dinner at the outdoor table for 8, or sip coffee on the dock in one of the cafe chairs. From the edge of the dock, you do not see any other neighbors or docks! Only hints of lights across the water far away in other towns around the lake.

Easy access to your boat at the properties' own Boat Dock. The famous Soda Hot Springs are about 100 yards off the property. The property has no boat launch. Boats can be launched from, and trailer stored at Clearlake Vista Marina, Boat launch located at 6190 Soda Bay Road. (707) 289-4017, there is a daily fee. please contact the Marina.

WIFI and Smart TVs with Netflix, YouTube, Yahoo provided. Or login to your own favorite entertainment provider. The kitchen is equipped with pots/pans and enough place settings/cutlery for 10 two times a day. Also, a coffee maker, a Keurig, toaster and blender! There is a Gas BBQ in the backyard.

There is so much to do in the area! Multiple vineyards, Indian Casinos, hiking, boating, kayaking, fishing, water sports, boat up bars and grills (all around California's LARGEST lake (19 miles x 8 miles), Noted as the BEST BASS FISHING lake in the West), sailing regattas, fishing tournaments, vintage boat shows, golfing, cycling and more. Reserve your spot now!

Must purchase Online Insurance. $225 cleaning fee. 2 night minimum currently. House will accommodate a maximum of 8 people. Prices are subject to change for various dates. Check in time is 4:00 PM.

Amazing property with a view of Soda Bay. A great place for fishing either from the dock or surrounding area. Home was clean and had ample amount of supplies for all the guests. I will be coming back again next year.

What a great location! One of the best areas of Clearlake and overlooks the Soda Bay Springs. The house was very comfortable and the views incredible. Really enjoyed the decks and dock, watching the wildlife and sunsets.

This is a great place, definitely 5 star accommodations. The owners have given thought to all of the little things one might need in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. It made for a really fun and relaxing vacation.

Excellent lake house retreat

The place worked out perfectly. The kids were able to sleep in one room. Apparently a great location for bass fishing if you have skills. Wonderful view, clean, and great outdoor seating. Will definitely revisit.

Relaxing Stay

There were great views for this property, we enjoyed some quality family time and my husband really loved this location for fishing despite no luck with catching anything! Would love to stay again.

Great house right on the water, the island in front is full of wildlife. Great for kayaking and paddling. Looks like great fishing too.

Amazing place!

My Fanny and I absolutely loved this house on the lake. It’s the perfect location with amazing views. It was also so nice to have a private dock to park our boat and jet skis.

Great place for fishing & relaxing

Property was great. We had an awesome time fishing and relaxing at the property. Check in and out process was easy. Communication with the manager (John) was quick and fast. John was great at getting me the info I needed to get situated even when he was on vacation. We will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful location!

The home is unique and in an excellent location. The views are the best and at night it was so peaceful and quiet. The night stars were a wonderful gift. Loved it and would like to come back again.
