In a country house with two separate units, we are renting a bright and comfortable 85 m² duplex apartment. On the first floor, the 35 m² living room with an open-concept, fully equipped kitchen opens onto a private terrace with a view of the vineyards.

Upstairs, the sleeping area includes three bedrooms with ceiling fans, a shower room, and a separate restroom.

You’ll enjoy a small private pool, and for a small additional fee, a private sauna.

One parking space is provided with the apartment. 

You’ll appreciate the peace and quiet, the spaciousness, and the proximity to tourist attractions, starting with the four most beautiful villages in the Gard region, the village of Goudargues—our little “Venice of the Gard,” just 1 km away, with all its shops and canal—the Sautadet waterfalls, swimming in the Cèze River, the Ardèche Gorges, the Pont du Gard, and the charming town of Uzès and its famous market....
