We put at your disposal, our family house, it is a town house of about 100m ², located next to the Parc des Thermes, 3 min walk from the Thermes, 5 min from the alleys of Etigny (shopping alley of Luchon) and 10 min walk from the cable cars to Superbagnères.

You will appreciate the calm, the comfort, the proximity of the trade.

Leave the car, everything can be done on foot.

The house is equipped, WI-FI, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge / freezer.

Ideal for skiers, hikers, spa, or just for those who want to change air.

One bedroom with a double bed in 140 and a single bed in 90.
A second bedroom with a double bed 140, and two single beds 90 in height.
A bathroom with bath, a simple washbasin and WC.

A room with a 160 bed
A laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Outside,

A garden with table and chairs, barbecue.
A garden shed to store your skis, bikes, stroller ...

The cleaning is done by the tenant at the end of the stay, if you want to enjoy your stay to the end, we offer an optional end of stay cleaning fee.

Bed linen and towels are not provided, but if you do not want to clutter, we offer you optional.

Our goal is to make your stay pleasant, for this we put at your disposal a number of products and materials, we will thank you for reporting if some are defective so that we can arrange quickly to replace them, for the sole purpose that the next visitors can enjoy their stay.
Smokers will have the opportunity to enjoy the fresh air of the mountain while smoking outside.
Stay of 2 nights minimum.
