Great Room, Great Beds

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Another easy rental experience with VCF. We've stayed with them probably 15 times over the years long span of our Disney Annual Passes. This room has lots of space and the beds are comfortable. There are thinner mattresses on the bunk bed tops - perfect for younger kids - and the mattresses on the bottom bunks have normal, thicker mattresses that adults will find comfortable. This room is in one of the outer condo buildings, so you do have to drive/walk to the pool area.

Perfect Disney loacation

We loved how close this was to the Disney properties. Everything that was needed could be found in the condo. The only thing needed is the floors needed a good washing. After walking around barefoot the first day our feet were black. Some small throw rugs would help too. We would rent here again!!

Lovely to be back to Windsor Hills!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed here and enjoyed our stay. Loved the easy access on first floor and is a quiet location. I would recommend that the floors have a good mopping as are feet were black with walking around after arriving. Amenities were lovely and would suggest refreshing plastic plates, utensils and some frying pans for cooking. You have a beautiful place and feel this unit could be raised to a whole other level with some newer bedding, couple of tweaks for decor and colour pallette change on the walls (Benajmin Moore - Classic Gray)would be amazing for this lovely unit. Look forward to our next stay with VCF!

Another Great Stay with VCF!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love having a go-to vacation spot that we can trust will be well maintained, well stocked, and well managed. This room was perfect for our family of 4 + grandparents and we've rebooked the same room for Spring Break. We had an issue with the TV in one room and VCF had it fixed by the next day. We will always recommend VCF. We've been staying with them since 2018.

Welcome! 2019 will be our 15th year that My father Dave, mother Patti, and I have been renting all of our Vacation Homes! It all started when we thought that Condos and Hotels were TOO EXPENSIVE for families to enjoy, so we wanted to do something about it. We bought our first Condo, set the prices low (we were not trying to make a killing) and people loved it as a concept. Well, it grew from there. Now we own, manage, and rent our many vacation homes, renting to over 2,500 Happy Guest families just like you every year at two great Florida locations: Cocoa Beach, and right outside the Main Gate at Walt Disney World! It keeps us very busy and we love it. The best part is helping our guests have a fabulous stay while in Florida without charging them an arm and a leg as they say. We want you to have a fantastic time in any of our wonderful and Gorgeous Vacation Homes.

About us: We grew up in the Midwest - Columbus Ohio, and Naperville, Illinois. We made the move down to Sunny Orlando to be closer to (and manage) our Vacation Homes. We live here now, running all of our properties from right here locally, it is a family business.
