The area, with a capacity of 16 people, is fully privatized during the rental: 400 m2 of living space with swimming pool and SPA. The house offers beautiful volumes and great comfort. It is bright (south orientation) and fully air conditioned. Several large common rooms on the ground floor: the living room, the relaxation room, the fully equipped kitchen. Outside, the shaded terrace adjoining the kitchen is ideal for easy and gourmet summer meals. Barbecue and plancha. Ground floor: THE SUITE: A very large room with balcony and private bathroom. 1 double bed, 1 single bed. (+ 1 baby bed on request). Private bathroom. At the middle floor, a small bright but intimate space, ideal for reading / telephone / computer. Upstairs, 5 bedrooms. They all have a private bathroom, a flat screen, a reversible air conditioning, a tea / infusion kettle, soap-towels-sheets ... COZY ROOM: Room for 3 people. 1 double bed, 1 single bed. Bathroom with adjoining spa bath. OCCITANE ROOM: Room for 2 people. 1 double bed, possibly 1 baby bed. Pool view. Can communicate with the Cozy room. EBONY ROOM: large colorful and bright room, pool view. It can accommodate 2/3 pers. 1 double bed, 1 single bed. COTTAGE ROOM: large and bright, pool view. Capacity: 4 people. 1 double bed + 2 single beds. JADE ROOM: small comfortable room. 1 double bed. Finally, at the pool level, a small fitness corner and a wellness area (sauna, massage / treatment table, shower, massage chair). A large jacuzzi is also located on this level. A pergola and numerous deckchairs line the heated swimming pool. Wide and flat lawn space, ideal for ball games ... A guard is on site, year-round. A stream borders the property, as well as a field for our two donkeys. Possible ride on donkey under surveillance and on the property. A walk under the oaks and then along the stream, which will delight the little ones. A wooden playground, with slide and swing. The house welcomes you in high season, for stays of 5 to 10 days.
