The 65m2 gite includes a living / dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. A bedroom with a 160/200 bed and a second bedroom with two 90/200 beds that can be pushed together into a single 180/200. A large 170/90 shower, a separate toilet, a private laundromat with washing machine and dryer. The beds are made on arrival (sheets, bathrobes, bath and kitchen towels provided and all cleaning products). Free equipment to accommodate 2 babies. Terrace, 4 deckchairs with mattress, gas plancha, garden furniture, parasol, private bicycle storage room. Free parking for two cars in front of the gîte inside the property enclosed by a motorized gate. Free WIFI. Option end of stay cleaning possible. Pets allowed with a daily pass. Tourist tax included.
