This rental features lovely beach decor and amenities such as cool air conditioning, a spacious living area with plenty of seating, and a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. After a day full of activities, sit out on the private patio and watch the sunset.

WHAT’S NEARBY
Located in Palm Bay Village you will be just a few blocks from the beach, and conveniently close to the parking area. There are many things here for the entire family to enjoy, including a number of local restaurants and shops nearby. You are also close to Mustang Island Park for superb fishing and hiking.

THINGS TO KNOW

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

The entire place was much more bigger than expected especially the rooms! I love how clean the entire place was, the kitchen was extra clean and roomy as well. Will definitely be staying here again...but for a much longer time than 2 days !!! So glad I found this place, my family loved it!

Great location and space but could use updating. Take your own steak knives, Tupperware, cutting board etc. if you plan on cooking and storing food.

Really loved the proximity to white cap beach. The pool was incredible. The AC worked great and the setup was nice. Perfect having complimentary laundry and dish detergent and the soaps were great too!

Mini Vaca with the Family

I enjoyed every aspect of this mini weekend stay, but my only complaint is we drove in with 2 vehicles and only 1 spot for parking and my daughter had to park in front in the guest parking area. I was not comfortable with her walking in the evenings to her car with outings we had planned.

Beautiful Island Condo

Had a great time on the island for a long weekend beach trip! Really enjoyed this beautiful condo! It’s very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We had all we needed in terms of kitchen amenities and towels. The pool area is a beautiful little oasis. There’s plenty of covered tables and lounge chairs and 2 bbq grills. The condo patio offers nice seating to have your morning coffee or after a day at the beach. I would recommend this beautiful condo to anyone looking to enjoy a vacation on the island.

Great getaway

Nice, clean weekend away! This is a cute 2 bedroom and it was so nice not having to deal with stairs. Would have been nice if the snake alarm batteries were routinely replaced and it hadn’t gone off at 2:43AM. You may want to bring soft TP, but other than that a great weekend.

Beautiful, comfortable stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything we needed and more. The location of the actual unit was convenient to parking. The pool was clean and fun for the kids. I appreciated the details of the interior decorating which made it feel like a true vacation spot. Highly recommend. Vacasa was also a great management team to work with. Check-in was very easy. We were hoping to extend our stay at this unit but it was booked after us so they were able to find us a place nearby. Thanks for a great trip!

A cozy stay in North Padre

The place was SUPER-clean when we arrived. It had lots of things that a family might need for a short stay; dishes, coffee pot, silverware, extra toilet paper, even some disposable soaps/shampoos and some dish soap! The beds were comfortable and the A/C worked well (very important for my hot-natured husband). I enjoyed the porch area with its patio fan and light and two wicker loveseats. Communication was wonderful; several texts sent prior to the trip, with all the information that we needed. All we had to do before we left was to strip the beds and start the dishwasher; the cleaning service took care of the rest. Thanks for a great stay!

Weekend getaway

The place was in a nice area. Close to the beach but beach was way to crowded so the pool was a life saver for our granddaughter! The house is nice but could use a deep cleaning. Dust bunny's every where & in the master bath on the rug was a clump of black hair. House is not stocked with basic items you might need so bring them (salt, pepper, foil, laundry pods, and limited paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods) We survived though! Ultimately, I rented this place for their pool and it did not disappoint. We will try a different unit when we return.

Fishing Trip

Property was nice and clean. But was not told that the disposal was broken and when using the sink it all went straight down below. when opening the cabinet below there was a towel that did nothing for the amount of water that had poured down below. So now we had to clean the mess. And it would be to add a measuring cup to the kitchen.

Not what I expected

Communication from the property owner was great. However the pictures on website do not match. The pictures showed a 3 bedroom but in reality it was listed as a 2 bedroom unit. It also showed the master to have a king bed but turned out was a queen bed. The refrigerator seal did not work properly. We had a hard time keeping it closed. I personally was not impressed due to the unit was dirty and very outdated. Pictures showed it to look like a brand new unit. The pool and gas grills were a nice addition. The beds were ok to sleep in. Overall I would give it 3 stars due to cleanliness and maintenance on unit.
