Welcome to The Tuscan — a unique and relaxing retreat located just a 3-minute drive from the World Equestrian Center, offering peaceful surroundings and beautiful countryside views in a quiet, safe setting.

Situated on our private property where we have proudly lived for over 20 years, The Tuscan provides the perfect balance of privacy and comfort. Although located adjacent to our home, guests enjoy their own private entrance, living quarters, and private deck, allowing you to fully relax while overlooking the beautifully landscaped grounds and tranquil pond views.

Start your morning with coffee on the private deck or unwind in the evening while enjoying the serene scenery visible from nearly every window. It’s a peaceful place to recharge after a busy day — and many guests find themselves wanting to return again and again.

Inside, the space features a comfortable one-bedroom layout with a queen bed. Ceiling fans and Samsung Smart TVs in both the bedroom and living room provide added comfort and entertainment throughout your stay.

The fully stocked kitchen includes everything needed for cooking and extended stays, while a full bathroom with tub/shower combination and an in-unit full-size washer and dryer add everyday convenience.
