The condominium is on Shaw Blvd corner Samat Street. It is beside Lancaster Hotel, near PCSO, WCC, and Starmall. The unit is at the corner of the 14th floor, overlooking Shaw Blvd, Shangrila hotel, and Megamall. On the other side, you will see the greeneries of Wack wack golf range and the Rizal mountains.
The place is a one bedroom and is eclectic, a blend of traditional and modern design. It is cozy and designed for comfort and privacy.
If by a million chance you win the sweepstakes, the PCSO is just across the street. If you are attending an event or a gala at Shang or Megamall, the unit is just a stone's throw away. WCC is within walking distance. Wack wack golf range can be seen from the corner window of the unit. The location is central, accessible and convenient.

Here are the requirements of the condo admin for the interested foreigner or local renters:
1. Minimum of 2 nights stay.
2. Valid Government ID or passport for guests on the reservation.
3. Check-in is from Monday to Saturday only.
For a no wait time and hassle-free check-in, all ID's/Passport copies must be submitted ahead of time before the date of arrival.
Please read and approve the house rules before you book.
Please clean up after yourself when you use anything in the kitchen, bathroom, living, and dining room to avoid attracting pests from the outside.
No smoking inside the condominium. Any cigarette/weed smoke/vape smell detected in the bathroom, living, or bedroom will have you penalized with $200 for a cleaning fee.
Opening the windows will not dissipate the smell, so please don’t try.
Please do not move or rearrange the furniture.
Please NO loud noise, music, TV, or conversation from 10 pm to 10 am.
The washer is good for light laundry only. Do not wash the blanket or comforter because it is too heavy for the washer load capacity and there is no space to dry it.
You have space for food in the kitchen cupboard or dining table. The kitchen is good for light cooking and reheating only. The walls of the condo are wallpapered so please do not cook oily foods or seafood because the smell stick and does not dissipate easily.
For the security and safety of everyone, Please always lock the main door when you leave and when inside the unit. Lost keys are Php 1000 plus transportation expenses to open the door for you.
Please no overnight guests without prior arrangements. There is a Php 1000/night/guest charge when caught. The front desk monitors the in and out of guests, not in the reservations.
Please do not Iron on the bed. There is an ironing board in the broom closet. Use it by the main door. There is a Php 1500 charge if you burn the bed sheet or cover.
Please dispose of your trash in the garbage holding area located beside the water meter room near the elevator. It will be open from 5 am to 10 am and 5 pm to 10 pm only. Please do not leave your trash in the fire exit area. You may be fined 10,000 Pesos when caught by the camera. Please ask Bong or the maintenance where to throw it.
