Tribeca is an early area of NY not permitted to be altered/changed by the NY landmarks commission. It’s a peek into a bygone era, with many restored architectural icons, best enjoyed by walking along the wide, foot friendly 19th century cobblestone streets..

Foodies take note as we have much to celebrate. We are surrounded by award winning chef owned restaurants. Tennis, city bike rentals, batting cages, basketball, volleyball, mini golf at nearby Hudson River Park Promenade, with traffic free biking and jogging paths that run uptown and down for miles along the river. Children’s playground and splash pool nearby. Winter brings 4 season activities such as: Ice skating in Central Park or Rockefeller Center with the annual Christmas tree light pageant and all 5th Avenue stores decorated for holidays. as well as on/off Broadway theatre.
Note Check in (after 3PM) and check out (10AM) times, unless arrangements are made in advance for a later check out (if available). If you have an early AM arrival book the night before for earlier access. If you have a late departure book an addtl day (if available), as another guest may be arriving. We mail keys for a contactless self check in. Make sure we have your address and enough time to receive keys. Online calendar may not be up to date. Beth said June 17, 2020: The owners were very accommodating and checked up on our stay a couple of times through the week, making sure we are enjoying our vacation and that we had everything we needed. It was so nice to have a place to retreat to after hours of sight-seeing. We enjoyed hanging out in the living room, grabbing a snack and glass of wine from the fridge. Facilities were clean, Wifi worked great and it was very quiet, which was a bonus.
