BIRD'S EYE VIEW 5 min walk to beach, lovely views of golfcourse, lakes, sunsets

Only a 5-minute walk to the ocean side beach, located on lovely South Hutchinson Island in the "Tennis Villas" community.

Penthouse condo has a peaceful and private view over lakes, golf course and sunsets. Two bedroom, two bath unit with full kitchen, washer/dryer in unit and two writer's desks for remote workspace. Unit is only 100 steps to the heated outdoor pool and BBQ area, and is on the third (top) floor with elevator in building. One reserved parking spot and ample guest parking.

"Tennis Villas" has its own tennis/pickleball court. Two Tiki Bars and a restaurant are within walking distance in the Marriott resort area. Five minute drive to many attractions (Elliott Car Museum, Florida Oceanographic Coastal Center, House of Refuge historic lifesaving station) and a Publix grocery & liquor store.

We do not have golf privileges at the adjacent course (Ocean Club), however, Martin County's golf course "Sailfish Sands" is a 10 minute drive away (see https://www.martincountygolfcourse.com) and there are several other public courses within a 20 minute drive.

Booking details: A signed lease agreement and condo association lease application form are required to fully confirm a reservation. Daily rates and security deposit are based on occupancy of 2 adults; rates and deposit may increase for higher occupancy. No refunds due to inclement weather or mandatory evacuation orders issued by local government. Monthly cleaning service may be required for multiple month bookings. A $100 fee may be charged if the tennis court key is lost, if guests lock themselves out and need a service call for unlocking the unit, or if more than 2 loads of linens are left to be washed. The owners do occupy the unit during some months so some clothing & personal items have been left stored in the guest bedroom closet. Commercial vehicles, motor homes, campers, boats, trailers, jet skis, mopeds, ATVs are not allowed for residents' parking.
