Charming, spacious condo with a 2 bedrooms & one bathroom, recently remodeled. For the winter months you will appreciate the fire place. This unit has front door parking. It has a private entrance and is located on the second floor. Condo has open concept living room/dining room/kitchen, and has the ambiance of a wood burning fire place. A 54 inch TV includes DVD player, Cable TV, and Roku as well. TV’s are also located in each of the two bedrooms. Washer & dryer and dishwasher are also

This is located blocks off of Hwy 281 convenient to nearby malls/shopping, hospitals, medical offices, schools, airport and restaurants. It is also only minutes away from our charming downtown area which has many great boutiques, restaurants, bars, and our historic Grand movie theater. Convenient also to the State Fair grounds, Husker Harvest Days, and to the Crane Trust Nature & Visitor Center.

No smoking allowed, and no parties please.

Great place to stay

We had a wonderful stay and the owner was super friendly and responsive to any and all questions to include making sure that I had my favorite type of coffee on hand. We also very much liked the area and local amenities near our location.

Very comfortable stay.

Very comfortable stay

Cindy was an excellent hostess, communication was great. Property was very well decorated in a way that made you feel right at home. We totally enjoyed our stay and will do so again if we get the chance to go back.

Perfect place to stay

It was well stocked and clean. Communication with the owner was easy and clear. The beds were comfortable. It felt very homey and relaxing. We will definitely recommend and stay here again next time we are in town.

Wonderful property- good price!

Great stay!

We stayed here durning the Angus junior national. Place was immaculate. Very nice property. The hostess was very accommodating. If you are showing cattle, it’s nice to have a comfortable plane where you can cook some of your meals and relax a little. I highly recommend

Wonderful condo in Grand Island

We really enjoyed this sweet condo for 3 nights! As soon as we walked up the stairs, I felt happy, relaxed and comfortable. Spotlessly clean, very nice furnishings, great instructions from the sweet lady who owns this little jewel. Everything we needed was available and more. Next time we come to Grand Island, we definitely would stay here again. Cinny, Thank you for sharing your place with us

Home away from home

Definitely a home away from home while in Grand Island for a sporting event. Close to shopping for essentials that cropped up during the week and a myriad of food options. It was so nice to relax on a couch or eat take home at a table at the end of a busy day. And the quiet…to have down time in peace and quiet was restorative. Do note that this is a condo and everyone in your party should be able to climb a set of stairs. Neighbors were friendly and neighborhood safe. Host was easy to communicate with and just a lovely person. We will definitely check availability for this property when back in the area.

Grand Island visit.

The two bedroom one bathroom condo was nicely furnished and had a real homey feel. Check in and communication were wonderful. Parking was convenient and readily available. The location was convenient to shopping the mall and restaurants. We will definitely use the property again if we come to town and it is available. The only drawback was the stairs which for us was no problem at all but if stairs are an issue you should definitely get the specifics.

For the price of one hotel room you get the benefit of 2 separate bedrooms, each with their own TV and plenty of living space also with a TV and fireplace. Plus as an extra bonus, as per your request I will leave you some of my much savored home made scones for a treat! Just let me know what kind you would prefer when booking!
Flavors include: Toasted Almond, Lemon White Chocolate, Maple Pecan, Pumpkin, Cinnamon Chip/Walnut, and White Chocolate/Toasted Walnut/Walnut. :)
