We offer you a house in the Lot countryside.
You will be at the limit of the Dordogne and Lot et Garonne, at the crossroads of many tourist sites (40km from Sarlat, 40 km from Rocamadour, 30 km from Cahors, 30 km from Bonaguil).
At the edge of a chestnut wood and overlooking a large field, our cottage awaits you.
You will enjoy the tranquility of a house not overlooked and in the countryside while being able to reach the village of Cazals on foot (800 m) for shopping or enjoying the local entertainment.
The house is fully equipped and consists of:
- a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a cot (upstairs)
- a bedroom with 2 90 cm beds (upstairs)
- a bathroom with bathtub and WC (upstairs)
- a bedroom with a 140 cm bed (on the ground floor)
- a bathroom with shower and washing machine
- an independent WC
- a living / dining room with LCD TV 32, large farm table and sofa
- an equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle)
- a large terrace with barbecue and garden table.

- free access to the wood and to the field adjoining the house.
The house is equipped with oil central heating and an open fireplace.
PLEASE NOTE: For rentals in March, April, May, September, October and November, we will ask you to pay in addition to the rent any heating costs.
