Apartment very well located, on the edge of the complex, on the 3rd floor, with elevator. It is made up of 2 connecting rooms. The first has a 1.90 m by 1.60 m bed, and air conditioning. This bedroom gives access to a second bedroom with a 1.80 m by 1.40 m bed.
There is also a double sofa bed in the living room.
The apartment has a very nice view, of the sea, the golf course and also the Teide.
The terrace, facing south, will allow you to enjoy the sun and the pleasant climate of Tenerife.
It has an electric remote control awning.
The French window and the windows are fitted with mosquito nets.
Parque Albatros is a quiet complex, well maintained and secure (access by magnetic card). which has a large heated swimming pool, supervised and surrounded by beautiful wooded gardens.
A small playground is dedicated to children. A space is also reserved for them, in the swimming pool.
There is also a bar, overlooking the pool, a restaurant, children's entertainment and evening shows.
The complex has direct access to the Atlantic avenue (restaurants), close to the sea. The reception is open 24 hours a day, as well as a small convenience store.
Wi-fi access is available in the apartment, as well as in the reception. There is also a laundromat on site.
A car is recommended, but not essential. The complex is ~ 10 mins from the airport. The taxi journey will cost you less than 15 €.
Tenerife has a very good bus network, which connects the main areas of the island. A bus station is 50 m from 'Parque Albatros'. Several small shops are also nearby. 3 km away is the shopping center 'San Blas', with restaurants and evening entertainment.
The ease of access to the motorway (Los Chafiras at 5 km) allows you to reach the beautiful, well-known beaches of Los Christianos, Los Americas, El Medano or even the large amusement park 'Siam park' 15 minutes.

Many distractions are available to you:
Golf: you are located in the center of 2 golf courses: Amarilla golf (18 holes) and Golf del Sur (27 holes).
At 5 minutes, in the heart of the Marina, a submarine dive will make you discover the fauna.
Beautiful walks, by the sea, on each side of the marina lead you to Los Abrigos, or Los Galletas.
Also possible for windsurfing, go-karting, paragliding, horse riding ...
Without forgetting the Pic du Teide, the highest mountain in Spain, which rises to 3,715 m, and whose summit is accessible by cable car
From Los Christianos, many boat trips to see dolphins, whales or visit the island of Gomera .........
