Was cozy little place. Was very clean and accommodating. Was close to pretty much everything I needed. Parking and walking to the patio can be a little tricky if it’s raining but place still gets 5 stars from me. Bed was extra comfy also. I would use again

Clemson Football Weekend

Great stay. Randall (owner) was extremely helpful and communicative in advance of the weekend. The basement condo was perfect for the weekend. Super clean, great amenities (loved the towel warmer!), 5 minutes from the Clemson campus, everything was just perfect. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!! Thank you Randall!

Cute, clean, comfy, private back deck among trees

As advertised, quiet, clean, great bed (not too soft/mushy, supportive, not hard, loved it). Perfect for visiting beautiful Clemson University and town/lakes nearby. You'll hear the train but it's not too loud (and I'm sensitive to noise like that) Quiet wooded, and safe neighborhood and yard. I really enjoyed having a private/fenced deck to enjoy. Prompt communication with host. Recommended, I'd stay again!

Hey Shannon, thank you for the great review and I hope it is okay but I shared on my social media sight. If you can think of anything at all I could consider adding or doing differently please let me know! Since your stay I have added outdoor eddison lights to the patio fence and another table and four chairs that are more comfortable. I’m looking at a large multi person swing of sorts also in the near future and I’ve got to do something about the front yard and parking for when it rains. Great cozy spot!

I was very impressed by the cleanliness and beauty of the space. It has a private courtyard with a grill, as well as a private entrance to the property. We arrived quite late, and the owner made sure some lights were left on and gave specific directions to the entrance for our convenience. The space was exactly what we needed - small with a stove and full size fridge. The decor was nice and welcoming, with the space being well utilized without feeling crowded. The bed had a really comfy memory foam mattress, extra pillows, and thick blankets. The towels were incredibly plush and soft. The owner was very quick to respond to any inquiries, and made me feel like a valued customer. (For instance, the internet company decided to do some maintenance on the area while I was there, and he checked on the status regularly during the downtime.) It is literally right down the street from Clemson University, and close to grocery stores and other shopping. I had a great time and will return if it is available!

Best Private Rental I’ve Stayed At

The place was great and felt like a home away from home. Also the privacy of having a separate door from the main house made it feel much more comfortable/enjoyable

Perfect for our needs

Apartment is clean and was perfect for our use while visiting our daughter at Clemson. It's a little dark inside but there are plenty of lights to turn on.

Susan, I appreciate your review. I would like to clarify for future guest so they understand how things are laid out for my 500 sf’ studio with three windows. If arriving at night, there are solar lights through out the front yard, a motion detector light on the corner of the unit, and a exterior light by the entrance that comes on at dusk and turns off once the sun comes up. Also along the patio fence is a strand of Edison lights with an outdoor outlet. Once inside, the living area has a ceiling fan/light and also 3 can lights above the tv controlled by a dimmer switch. The kitchen has a fixture with 3 lights that you can rotate to light up the area you need also on a dimmer, a light above the sink, and the stove hood has a light also. The bathroom has two light fixtures, the bedroom has a ceiling fan/light along with a lamp on either side of the king bed and the huge closet which happens to be open to the bedroom and includes the dresser also has a light. I honestly can’t put another light source anywhere else! Again, thank you for your input and I do hope you will consider staying again if you are in town! You left my studio very clean and taken care of. ~Randall
