Beautiful Four Bedroom Three and a half bath Home with Private Pool conveniently located on the Beach side of the Island. Enjoy the convenience of being directly across from the beach access. Home is conveniently located on the same street behind The Blue Marlin grocery store, and is walking distance to many restaurants and nightlife. Sleeping accommodations include a King size bed in the master room (located on second floor), a Queen size bed in second room equip with a mini kitchenette area, a Full size/Twin size bunk beds (full on bottom, twin on top) with trundle in third room, and a sleeper sofa in the fourth room.

Amenities include: full kitchen including stove, oven, and microwave and dishwasher, Wifi, washer/dryer. Charcoal BBQ pit also available for use.

Enjoyed this vrbo

We enjoyed this property very much. Loved the kitchenette downstairs, came in handy due to alot of stairs going up to kitchen. A big plus are the big tvs, we loved them, nice to enjoy our movies. The outside could use a little TLC, around the pool there was some trash, but we enjoyed the pool, pool cleaners came around often. The beds are comfortable. There are a few dings and scrapes on the walls downstairs that need to be fixed. Very close to beach access.. close to everything. Overall, we were very happy with the property and would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location to the beach is literally right across the street! So easy to run back to eat lunch or let the kiddos use the potty. The pics on VRBO were a little outdated and we had a pleasant surprise of one of the rooms downstairs having 2 twins with trundles for extra room. Pros: Location, lots of room, beds were comfy, fully stocked kitchen w/ garbage bags, coffee pods to get started, some spices and sugar, Keurig & Coffee Mate, Roku or app friendly TVs for entertainment, parking for 2 cars, side gate for storing beach wagons or sandy stuff, downstairs closet had tons of pool noodles, beach canopy, & chairs, very clean and towels provided. Cons: I wish they would have communicated that this was a duplex (although we never heard our neighbors) you could rent both sides for larger families, If you have someone who has a hard time with stairs then I wouldn't rent here...they are pretty steep, pool is pretty small and outdoor furniture needs some updating, wish this place had a garbage disposal, fridge was a bit small. We would definitely rent this place again! It had all the comforts of home and a cold A/C. The location was ideal! Thanks!

I wish I could give this place 6 stars.

GREAT PLACE! One of the rare VRBO’s that is better than the pictures! This place has 3 large bedrooms downstairs, with high ceilings. Master is upstairs and is also large. There is a combination lock instead of a key, so no worries about losing key on beach. Plenty of bathrooms and both kitchen and living room are large and comfortable with plenty of seating. Two upstairs balconies, although one had no furniture and the other only 2 folding chairs. Center of town locations means there is easy access to beach, grocery store, bars, liquor stores and restaurants, no need to drive. Pro – right next to the beach, you can see it from both balconies, and beach access point is across street. Wide driveway with room for two cars across instead of narrow tandem parking. Small private pool, lockable storage outside, place to rinse feet at front of house, lots of kitchen appliances, including a traditional coffee machine and a Keurig. Large TVs in all rooms. This place was very clean. with plenty of towels and linens and the maid service made sure there were items to make cleanup easy, such as trash bags and soap available. Host was incredibly responsive and answered all my emails within 10 minutes every time. Con – very long and steep staircase to upstairs, where the living room, kitchen and MBr is. No access to pool except through a bedroom. We had a lot of trouble using one TV, we couldn’t seem to find a remote to work. We have rented a lot through VRBO and this is the first one where the entire family loved it and cannot wait to return.

Great Family Vacation!

We had a great stay at this property! The house was very clean and had plenty of space for our 3 generation crew of 6. We LOVED the location - so close to the beach, and a grocery store just a short walk up the road! Would definitely stay here again!

The house itself was nice, the bathroom upstairs was not clean, hair all over. The pool area was very dirty, the water itself was clean but the area surrounding the pool was very dirty and unclean, the chairs were broken or rusty, the table was filthy with no chairs, the grill was disgusting, would not consider cooking on it. Not enough towels, no dish rags or towels, no extra toilet paper. You can't see the ocean from it. There was limited water pressure upstairs for showers. The security on the door was good and there was plenty of space for everyone.

Very nice location and property

Very nice rental property, very smooth move in and out, pool was clean when we arrived and all was ready. Only complaint is that the ground floor queen room AC was not cooling the room no matter what we do. Overall great place especially with kids and the pool.

Such convenient beach access, pool was awesome!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! We wanted a house to ourselves with easy access to the beach and a private pool, and this spot looked perfect and was. The beach access point is less than a block away, and the house provided plenty of beach and pool accessories and toys for our use. The kitchen had the tools we needed to cook and eat all our meals, and I was able to grill out a couple of times on the outdoor smoker/grill - although it's showing it's age a little it worked out fine. Having the island supermarket just up the road was exceptionally useful. Internet was speedy and wifi available throughout the house and pool area, and my kids loved the Roku TVs in all the rooms to watch their kids shows during the heat of the day. I'm picky about beds, and we found the mattress in the master to be a little uncomfortable, but got comfortable on the downstairs suite/converted garage space. We had noisy neighbors playing music late at night, and the noise carried through the walls a little bit a few of our nights, but we knew this was a duplex when we rented, so not a huge surprise. Owner was super responsive to questions I had prior to our stay and during the week and was a real pleasure to deal with. Would 100% rent this place again!

Great 5 week vacation

Great location. Condo was great. Myrna was very helpful and quick to respond. I do think you should know that there is 19 stairs to go up to living space. I have a bad knee do it was pretty difficult. We miss it already.

This Condo is awesome!

This Condo/House was amazing! The house was very clean. The location is great we were able to walk to the beach. The grocery store was a few blocks down on the corner. My family and I were 100% satisfied with this property. Mayra the host was quick to respond to all my questions. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.
