West End Tiny House with Private Patio

This 1920's cottage was renovated in 2016 and has all the modern features you could expect in such a small space. Choose to sleep on the American Leather pull-out sofa with king Memory Foam mattress or the other king-sized mattress up the stairs in the loft. Both AC and heat will keep the space at the temperature of your liking, with a ceiling fan providing multi-speed air circulation. Flat-screen TV with cable is available along with WiFi. The kitchen, with its generous granite countertop, is fully equipped with gas stove, microwave, and under-counter refrigerator. A foldaway table is available for quiet meals inside, but if weather permits, there is a large sunny eating area outside with both a large table and small bistro table for your use, with a tankless gas grill to boot.

Please note, parking is not included with the property. You can park in the town lot across the street for an hourly charge; this same lot is free of charge in the off-season (Nov. 1- April 30).
